Great location and reasonable priced. Some of the facilities were unavailable and elevator to or was in process of being repaired. For people staying longer I recommend booking bigger room

A perfect place to stay in Melbourne and within walking distance to the Aus Open.
Great, friendly service from all the hotel team we encountered.
Loads of great eating places nearby too!
Paid valet parking right next door looked after our car which was not needed as everything is within walking distance … or catch a tram/bus if you need to go out further afield.
Would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne.

I can't fault my stay here. The location was perfect for my needs. Shipping and dining options were plenty. As for the hotel itself, the staff were incredible, the room immaculate and the bed so comfy I wish I had a late check-out because I didn't want to get up. I can't wait for my next stay here

Great location, the hotel near chinatown, restaurant and supermarkets. Service really helpfll and kind. Clean room, but many flies get in to the room because of dead birds on neighbor's rooftop..
