I had booked one night in a two bedroom cabin and after I had paid Wotif I received an email saying the hotel next door had live music until 10 pm. Not knowing the layout of the park or where we were staying I didn't think too much about it. However when we arrived we discovered the hotel was meters from our cabin and the music was well underway. The noise level at 4.00pm was loud so what was the noise at night be like? Our grandchildren couldn't wait to leave. What i was impressed with was the staff were understanding of our predicament and offered us a full refund

Good location and clean.

Even when it was off season, it was quite busy. I love that they were not noisy neighbours, very quiet. The communal kitchen was spotless, all the appliances in working order, lots of them. Same applied to the restrooms. We had a great time!

A good well equipped cabin with good, modern facilities and well located within the town area. My only dislikes were the small shower and tight main bedroom.

The heated indoor pool, heated indoor water park, pump track and jumping pillow were marvellous. The kids loved them. The caravan park was also conveniently located near the beach and about 1km from the shopping centre. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for families, lots to keep the kids entertained no matter what the weather!

It was a wonderful stay for our family. Very cosy and homely. After-hours check-in and check-out was smooth with clear instructions.

We were really happy with our winter cabin stay. It was comfortable, warm and cosy. The cabin was clean and well equipped. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Just great all round

This park has everything you need whether it is winter or summer. Although some of the play areas (playground and jumping pillow) were temporarily closed due to wet weather, they opened up after a couple of days so our granddaughter got to try everything out. She absolutely loved the heated pool and splash park. The only suggestion I can make to improve things a little, is to add a lot more seating around the perimeter of the pool and splash park. I think the limited seating results in parents leaving their kids unsupervised in the areas, despite signage asking for them to be supervised. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect and it is definitely a park we would love to visit again in future.

Great lighting in the bedroom- separate overhead bright lights for reading and double power points with two usb plugs on each side of the bed - some of the best we’ve seen. Well setup kitchen with plenty of utensils. Only negative thing was a wet floor on arrival and a very small shower unit.

The rooms were so small that it made showering and dressing uncomfortble. Apart from the size issue the facilities were very good.

Lot of activity for kids which is really good. But property needs to be cleaned properly.

The cabin we stayed in seemed quite old and could use some fixing up. Mattresses on bunk very hard. Mattress on double bed however was fine. Everything else was excellent from the staff to the facilities available. Great indoor pool and kids splash zone. Kids also loved the playground and jumping pillow.

We loved the activities on offer during our stay, particularly as the weather wasn’t suitable for the beach. Our accommodation needed maintenance attention, the staff were accommodating and quick to relocate us to another villa.

Very lovely deluxe cabin. Very clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed our trip away. Friendly staff and great hospitality.
