Comfortable, clean. Only the sofa needs to be replaced. Otherwise the stay is vary much to our taste.

Slept well on comfortable bed - chose the bedroom without the patio. The other room with a patio was quieter than a lot of other hotels too though. Lots of space, great cooking facilities and great when you are staying with friends or family. Could not find the power switch for the spa, in either of our two apartments - the switch on the spa was ok but needed to be able to turn the power on - was too late at night and then early in the morning to disturb the manager.

A great stay in a quiet room with comfortable beds and lots of space. Excellent kitchen and excellent customer service. Spa doesn't have an on switch so really is just a bath - our friends in other room couldn't find an on switch either.

Amazing location in the heart of Melbourne. Room was very dated though and the carpet felt greasy. It was perfect though for our trip as we didn’t spend a lot of time actually in the room. The kitchen was really good.

The apartment is roomy and clean. The kitchen was okay, but the cooking utensils were not very clean. The window cannot be opened to let in fresh air. There as slight sewage smell in the bathroom. It is suitable for an overnight stay but could benefit from fresh paint and a better mattress

This was a 2 bedroom APT but 2nd bedroom had a big opening into lounge/kit no privacy, main room was not really clean. Shower over bath, very old needs refresh. Good location for facilties

We got upgraded to an Executive Apartment, which made us wonder, what the Classic Apartment would have looked like .Needs TLC and a good clean. Wifi was not working well. They advertised for parking, but when we tried to book our car in, we were told that there is no parking.

Bedroom had no windows, and no aircon, was hot. The room was very dusty and overall unclean. Bedsheets were flat sheets wrapped around a blanket, which had god knows what stains on it... the sheets would move over night and your faced with this filth in morning. We ended up only using the hotel as a bag drop and hit up the great ocean road. Will not stay there again. -- Would have taken it up with front desk but they were literally never there.

I was looking for somewhere to stay near Melb cbd that had parking. The ad for the accommodation said that parking was available. When I got there I was told that not only do they not have any parking available, they have never had any in the first place. FALSE ADVERTISING
DON’T SUPPORT BUSINESSES THAT LIE.
