The location of the hotel is very great. Just across Upper Mt. Gravatt Bus Depot, and 5 minutes walking to Westfield Shopping Centre. For me and my family who's Moslem, we can also find halal food just by 10 minutes walking to Logan Road. The staff were very kind and helped us with our request, providing great services.

The location was great walking distance to the shopping centre and very accessible to the high way. However i didn't feel the customer service was any good during the check in and out process.

It is Mercure Hotel so it is better than most hotel. The Restaurant I would give a miss for dinner. They are only heating up frozen food and my pizza for was not heated up all over..

Location is ok staff did not care room service took two and half hours then i had to chase it up tried to talk to counter staff on check out and he just stated oh thats terrible and turned away complentry milk in fridge was 3 months out of date

Hi Team
The check in was easy and seamless, the breakfast each morning was tasty and accessable. The only issue I have but at 67 years of age is an issue is the poor quality of bed. I would be happy to pay $50 extra per night if the bed was new and confortable.
Thanks for a good but not an excellenmt stau due to the bed.
