Kids activities were great, The activities team were friendly and inclusive.

this is the 3rd year i have been here, i have noticed the jumping pillow when it rains holds the water around the bottom of it, which then it is closed..i think a few scooter holders would be a good idea as the kids just drop their scooters anywhere as there is nowhere to store them and it then becomes a danger as i did trip over one of the scooters.

Disgusting bedding. And Wotif did not take my deposit at time of booking leaving it uncomfortable at check in as you sent me an invoice to say processed

It’s a nice studio in a resort. The kitchen is very good for a family. Just WiFi signal is poor and no TV program. But everything is good enough for the price paid.

Stayed in Studio Unit. Bit dated. Not very well maintained. Bathroom needs a really good scrub. Very soft bed. Quite disappointed.

Had a great stay in a very nice ground floor suite. Very comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Helpful supportive staff.

This was a great stay with our little family, so many things for the kids to do during the day, the splash park was a big hit for our family!

We just needed 1 night close to Arundel and this property provided the perfect place. We had a studio room and it was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. The only negative would be cracked tiles in the bathroom which are unsightly (room 18). Highly recommend.

We wished we had booked to stay here more than 1 night. The little cottage was great for our family of 5.

The kids had a ball, the water parks are really child friendly and so is the pool area. Great facilities.

Fantastic family park our kids loved it. Provided a great space to relax and plenty for the kids to do.

Pool and playground facilities were great! Restaurant /cafe was lovely, with 7am breakfast and coffee, which was appreciated - with the kids being awake so early. We loved our stay in a 2 bed self contained cabin and all the school holiday entertainment options, which was very well thought out and planned. Park was 1 block away from a supermarket, fast food options and Harbourside Outlet Mall. Very convenient fot travel to Amusement Parks. We would recommend staying here. Kids loved spending time swimming at the pools, playing mini golf, playing in the splash area...so was easy to just spend time enjoying the parks' facilities.

We recently stayed at this location and overall had a pleasant experience. The highlight is definitely the great location—it's just a short drive to the beach and local attractions, and there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The area also offers fantastic activities for children, making it a family-friendly choice. However, we did encounter a couple of issues. The queen bed in our cabin was excessively soft, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, we found the cabin rates to be quite high, especially during the holiday season. While the location and activities were fantastic, the discomfort of the bed and the steep prices may lead us to consider other options in the future. Overall, it’s a good spot, but just be prepared for the trade-offs!

We absolutely loved our vacation at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort. Wow! Great facilities, lost of activities to enjoy, very family friendly, safe for families to walk around, staff were lovely and helpful, our unit was clean and suitable space for us and our children. A great relaxed vibe. Highly recommend this resort. Thanks for an awesome holiday

We stayed in the school holidays with kids and expect noise, but wow. The tennis court noise at night sounds like a 500 teenagers playing drinking games, it was insane! The ladies at the bar/coffee/lolly shop/check-in for games bikes etc in the afternoon were runoff their feet. The beds are some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in and they had used and entire can of glen 20 in the room and INSIDE the fridge. I could literally taste it on my can. The bikes need maintenance. It was our second trip this year, but I think our last. I’ll spent my $310 a night somewhere with a comfy bed.

Loved our stay only negative comment would be that the Family Cabin we stayed in was getting a bit old and tired.
