Accomodation was great. We had a rencently refurbished apartment which was lovely and had a high quality finish. Perfect location to shops and beach. Have no complaints.

We stayed in a lovely renovated room. The views were great and we even saw whales! Having both an indoor and outdoor pool was wonderful for kids especially since we had a couple of rainey days. The property is extremely accessible to the local shops and there’s plenty of dining options. The bus stop is right around the corner and easy to get to the Pacific Fair shopping centre. Unfortunately there was an issue with the elevators during our stay but management were quick to help guests out and fix the issue. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Noisy during Monday to Saturday with construction happening at both neighbouring hotels. Under the bed was full of dust. The on suite sliding door fell off the rollers. The spa pool was old. Apart from that lovely big room and location

Construction next door was not that bad but unfortunately shades the pool.
Checkout on a sunday 10am and could leave bags but not past 12pm, so slightly annoying as flight was not until later in the day. If we could have had access to front door for the afternoon that would have made the stay much easier.
Overall a good choice and generally a very easy stay.

The apartment was okay - old style - Kitchen was clean and very well equipped and the view was amazing. Quite large rooms and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were very dirty with mould. Ceiling mould, tiles mouldy, shower recess and doors mouldy and gross.

We had a great stay. The place was so close to everything walking distance to food places and beach. The apartment was clean. We did have cockroaches around but the staff were on to it immediately which was fantastic. It is the season for them.
I would stay again. Great place for families.

A great location and the facilities were great. The room had been recently renovated and was clean and had heaps of space for a family of 4. The staff were great and helpful. We parked the car and walked everywhere. We will be back again.

Not impressed with the room that was provided. In photos there were ocean views, as paid top $$$$ but was given a room right in front of the construction. Only good thing was indoor pool as my family loved it.
Not sure if we will return here again, we called the guys couple of days ahead and they said we have ocean view

Great location, staff were great, pools were great with lots of tables and chairs around. Gym is very small and equipment was rusted- tennis courts looked a little old but still useable. Bedrooms were not air conditioned but kitchen facilies were great.
