Property’s 4 star rating was fair. Somewhat dated but clean and with all I needed for an overnight stay. Somewhat noisy large group towards front of building but I had a room facing the other way and slept well: a consequence of no staff on site overnight?
I missed reception butit was easy to pick up key and reach my room, with friendly emails from the property.

Located in a nice quiet part of Townsville. Easy and secure parking on site. Room is clean and relatively spacious. Though as a person travelling for business, a work desk and chair would be nice.

Extremely disappointing, before I even arrived. Payment was taken from my credit card without my permission, I had booked this and arranged to pay at the property. I only booked this place because I wanted to be near my friend for his birthday. When my friend arrived, his booking had been cancelled with no notice or reason. The apartment was big and spacious, and in a good location, but all you could smell was bleach as you entered, very strong. I wouldnt recommend staying here.

The location was excellent and value for money also good, and for those reasons we would stay here again. HOWEVER, the room was very 'tired' and definately needs some updating, we booked a King size bed and there was only a queen in the room, the bathroom cupboard areas had mildew/dirt on them (needed cleaning).

Very clean, spacious room. Shower was nice, though it leaked for about 5min a couple hours into our stay. Toilet seat creaked loudly when sat on, and I only weigh about 54kg. My fiance felt the pillows were uncomfortable, and struggled to sleep on them. I slept fine however, so it may be different tastes. When we got to our room there were a few mosquitoes and flies already inside. There was a single outlet by the TV. WiFi was free and good, until the evening when it refused to connect. However, there is open WiFi provided that we used instead. We were able to walk less than a minute to the Indian restaurant next door, and about a minute the other way was another restaurant that we didn't go to(smelled delicious though!). We were able to check in early, which was very nice. Overall, good restaurants around it, and nice clean rooms! Very helpful staff :)

No customer service whatsoever. We took the dirty sheets off the bed after 2 days only for them to remake with the SAME sheets. Absolutely disgusting

Excellent location, amazing view, very helpful and friendly staff, rooms dated, bathrooms need updating, would appreciate bedside lamps and more PowerPoints. Overall a wonderful stay, would stay here again
