I travelled with my 5yr old granddaughter. We loved the facilities, pool, child friendly restaurant and easy parking. a 15 min drive to many of Canberra's activities. At a reasonable price.

I have stayed here a number of times. Unfortunately won't stay again.
There were food scraps (peanuts) on the floor of my room. The air-conditioning didn't work, on a 36 degree day. I was told it was old and the had a fan they could bring to my room.
The room service was expensive. $5 for a smear of gravy.
My room was on a main road, the noise of the traffic was not acceptable.
When the guest in the room next to mine showered in the earlier hours of the morning a thought a plane was landing. No noise barriers.
Yes it's affordable however for $15 more i could have stayed in more modern accommodation.

This property is close to the tram stop and in a very convenient location. Walk into civic takes about 20 minutes so very handy. The premises do need some tender loving care and the rooms need to be upgraded its showing its age.

Have stayed at this property many times. Friendly staff, room clean, close to tram & Dickson shops/restaurants. Lots of onsite parking, gated/secure access in the night-time.

Pavilion remains a safe choice when staying in Canberra. Parts of the room were dated but clean, spacious with easy complimentary parking. Good value for money. Staff friendly, check in efficient with a bonus free upgrade this time.

I have stayed at the Pavilion many times . It's my go to place in Canberra. Easy to find on Northbourne Ave, easy to access, plenty of free parking, rooms a decent size, clean and comfy. It is couple minutes drive from Dickson shops, 5 min walk to the light rail. Close to Civic.Usually reasonably priced. I will continue to stay here in the future.

Visited during a quiet period. Might be different during peak season.Room was spotless. Staff friendly & helpful. Bed was good but the sofa was less so. Good buffet breakfast.
