We were met at reception by the most customer service oriented person we have ever encountered, ever! His name was Shail ( I hope I speed his name correctly) He explained what to expect in great detail. He directed us to the indoor parking of the hotel. He explained the amenities of the hotel. He told us of the area, shops, restaurants, how to use the bus/tram. Every organization should have a Shail! Well done!

We spent 2 nights before a cruise. 1 bedroom apartment included a washer and dryer, which was really convenient. The apartment was clean, and included everything needed. The tram stop is 1/2 a block away. Would stay again.

Overall it was pretty good, good location, staff were helpful. The room was not very clean, the mirrors were dirty, the carpet floor hadnt been vacummed, due to the pattern of the carpet it is forgiving and at first it looked clean, but i stood on some plastic tags and other items demonstrating the floor hadnt been vaccumed. Some of the cutlery and kitchen utensis were dirty and i had to wash items before using them. The place just needs a bit more attention to detail to meet Quest standards and the price of the rooms. For what we paid i anticipated better.

This property was in such a great location. The staff were all polite, the check-in and check-out procedure was quick and easy. I felt safe in this property. We were within walking distance of so many great dining options. It was a relaxing haven after busy days, the balcony was great and we had a lovely water view. Would definitely return!
