We stayed in an apartment, even though it was beside a railway line there was no noise dure to double glassing. It was modern, clean and comfortable. As a senior the technology was a bit confusing luckily Anthony at the front desk was willing and able to help us.

Comfortable and clean.
Quiet even though it is next to a railway line
There was crockery , cutlery and microwave, provided, so easy to self cater, if needed.
Convenient to where we needed to go and easily accessed from the freeway.

Property was very new looking and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very enjoyable, with a range of hot and cold foods.
The ground car park is a bit tight to manoeuvre especially if you are in a large car, however there is another level for parking.
Just to note we booked a twin room ( thinking beds may have been king singles) but they are not, they are just normal size single beds.

The hotel was very clean but the breakfast was awful after being a Sebel hotel before with a great breakfast to now a dreadful cut back by Rydges on breakfast buffet poor.

It is nice enough and spacious but overpriced. The bathroom is by far the nicest feature of the room; however, the most important is the bed, and they did not get that right. Advertising 2 single beds as a king bed should not be allowed. Many hotels do it, but it is amounts to false advertising. No one wants to sleeps on a crack!

Property good but after check out I was charged for breakfast 2x. Breakfast was included in the deal.
On checking out the staff member indicated we were right to go. I didn’t authorise my credit card to debited for breakfast. I picked up the mistake in when checking my credit card transactions.

We booked and paid extra for a room with a balcony we were given a room overlooking the trainline so to noisy to enjoy. The room was not our style but still very nice, bathroom excellent.
Breakfast, no complaints.
Great location for shopping, Freeway access and train station.
We plan on booking again very soon.
I had a tour of SAGE hotel near by and would never stay there.

Perfect hotel experience. Lovely clean, tidy room. Location was great, 200m to train station, 200m to shops, lovely RSL 250m away. Highly recommend.

Our second time staying here. Enjoyed it both times. Made use of one of the 3 EV chargers they now have (BYO type 2 cable) which was very convenient. Breakfast was great value. The accessible bathroom was a big plus and made our stay easier.

Room is still good but management is worse than when it was managed by The Sebel. House keeping always comes at early in the morning while I am not ready yet. Concierge staff isn’t always available even during day time. The restaurant are also closed most of the times probably due to lack of customers.

I booked .my room on Expedia using the photos shown. The room i was given did not match the photos. The hotel said Expedia must be using old photos. I ended up in a room which i consider second rate to the one i paid extra for.
