Fantastic stay. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Really nicely fitted out, beautiful finishes and crisp quality linen. No construction noise - yay! Ian was super friendly and helpful. I loved the fact you could even get a freshly made coffee at reception too!

We loved its proximity to James st shops and eateries,aswell as proximity to Howard Smith wharves,ferries etc.Would definitely stay there again.

Great from check in with friendly staff and very fast check in. Quiet room with free access to the Valley pool and gym (about a 4min walk), and in a very trendy part of town with lots of restaurants and high end clothing shops. A small boutique hotel with a good feel

The room smelt a bit mouldy and noise from construction site over the road at 6:30 am wasn’t pleasant. The bathroom could do with a good steam clean and changing of the bathroom door so unwanted smells don’t leak out due to poor sliding door design.

Just went for a night’s stay. The room is ok and clean but the biggest niggle is the very noisy construction work starting from 6:30am every morning. Had no idea as this wasn’t mentioned at time of booking. Blackout in room isn’t great as you get full sun from the glass door leading to the bathroom.

Decent size room and all amenities required for an overnight stay. Interiors a bit dated and beds too small, not really 4.5 star standard but a great area to stay and friendly staff on front desk. Best not to have a car as parking is not reliable.

There was no hot water and noise all night fridge wasn’t cold and the bathroom there was hair all though the shower so mostly like wouldn’t stay here again
