Its was fabulous! It was sad that pool staff show poor human nature ( two guys). It was reported and it was note by management, however, damage was done from experience - sad! I would return as I had booked 3 room for family and friends

It’s a great place if you are going for a tropical vibe. At times, you cannot tell that this is Gold Coast. Feels like a warm Indonesian Resort. Staff were great, greeting us every time we passed by. A few bits on the lobby roof were peeling, and some very minor scratches on the woodwork but otherwise wonderful. Bargain.

Awesome property and staff is really friendly and helpful. Beach is the main attraction of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it for family and couples as well for a relaxing vacation.

My partner and I stayed here over the new years period. The resort is beautiful and the staff are friendly and lovely. The pool is great along with the pool bar. In saying that, I’d still rate it average for a resort as there were limited restaurants available within the resort and outside that fits those with special dietary requirements. Other things that made me score this as average was the room had lots of ants and our room was only serviced once the entire stay despite putting down the card to have our room cleaned. We were also charged for something from the minibar we did not take, however this was addressed by one of the friendly receptionists! I feel like there could be so much potential eg. An onsite gym, other dining options, perhaps a convenient store etc especially considering the location is abit out of the way from the main part of the GC.

Outdated, no daily house keeping services provided despite being advertised. Very limited tv channels. Pool hospitality services very poor, waited 2 hours pool side for fish and chips and then another 40 mins post complaint. Upon checkout, invoiced twice on a number of items. Spent 30 mins personally reconciling the final account on check out. Very disappointed overall.

When checking in i booked 2 rooms and the hotel messed up check in by giving me and my guest 1 room, when we realised we had to go back to reception and sort this out. Surely when i first checked in bith rooms would have appeared.

The property is located in a great spot but was a bit put off on our last visit. The shower had less pressure than a camping shower and was really pathetic for the price of the room. We werent able to check in early - not a problem - but the shower facilities by the pool was cramped and hard to use and not really a good amenity to change into formal wear. Went to get a late coffee and breakfast at 10am and made to feel like a real inconvenience as they needed to set up for Melbourne Cup at 11am despite breakfast being til 11am. It was only a coffee and danish but should of one somewhere else. Not sure we will frequent again!! On a plus note the check in staff were super awesome and friendly, couldnt fault them.

Don’t let the photos fool you, there’s one pool in full sun and it’s tiny. Everything costs double what it should and even though the staff are lovely, there are financial policies in place that consistently make you feel like you are being fleeced, like having authorisation taken every two days of more money to cover charges to room. Then when you pay by debit card, the release of the huge amount from your account takes a week.

Location right in the beach was lovely. Not much to do at the resort only swim in the pool
Or eat. No spa in the pool. Facilities quite old and not that well maintained. Ice machines broken/missing. Booked for three people in a double room and only had two glasses/cups/etc Plunger coffee supplied but no plunger. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
