We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the breakfast was very good and lots on offer. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Staff were fantastic. Dined at La Boalca for dinner and beautiful food and service. Rooms are aging a bit but still clean and comfortable. Our view was fantastic.

Stayed for 1 night for wife’s birthday. Deluxe room on 20th floor with view of the river and Story Bridge. Fantastic outdoor pool downstairs. Spa nice but a little small. Fantastic service. Great buffet breakfast (extra). Room looking a little tired but bed very comfortable, large bathroom with great shower and bath. Onsite secure parking (extra).

Lovely hotel right on the river. Very comfortable and clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Very clean and spacious rooms. Lovely pool and all areas are very clean. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay , truly loved it. Great walks nearby, great restaurants and night life bars. The only negative is the parking $50/ night is a bit steep when u have no lift to car park or no link to ur room. There was something that was dripping on my bonnet that has taken the polish off and marked my windscreen. So won’t park there again.

Loved. Choice of food in and around hotel. Room service wasn't appealing which was disappointing as we usually have this at least once when we're on holiday. Also room has cobweb that was there for the 3 nights we were there

Staff were great, easy to find, nice comfy bed with a bath in the bathroom.
Breakfast was nice but they need to move the egg station to the beginning or to end, it just creates a blockage if people in the middle.
The only thing I think the bedheads need updating & I expected a pillow menu but there wasn’t one.
Will stay again if the price is right.
