Really enjoyed our stay at the Terrace Hotel. Staff were lovely and the room was fantastic with beautiful views of the city and South Terrace parklands.

The atmosphere of this hotel felt so nice, I felt safe staying here on my own while my son was in hospital, compared to a different hotel I had been in. The beds are so comfortable. The coffee mugs are a decent size. The room needs a proper clean but it wasn’t too terrible that it made me not want to stay there. Staff are friendly, car parking is easy and affordable. Will stay here again.

This hotel is located in a quite area. No traffic disturbances. Has a big park with all facilities. Best suited with going with children. The room in itself was neat. The 2 queen beds had wheels which were not locked - could be hazardous with children playing around. The intercom phone was disconnected- we did inform the staff, but no action was taken. The refrigerator (freezer) was leaking and gave out foul smell. A friendly note to staff: these need to be attended to.

I felt that you have cut back on things - less pillows on the bed no coffee table no note pad and pen - the bed was very comfortable as usual as I have stayed at the hotel quite a few times
