Very convenient for a multi-day sports event at Blacktown Sportspark. The mattress was soft, which may not be to everyone’s liking, and the pillows (2 supplied per bed) also soft but the rooms were clean, the AC worked well and no problems with access.

Booked through Expedia to pay at the property with free cancellation. To complete the booking a credit card was required. Normally I use PayPal to avoid giving out my card details in case they try to use your credit card. Sure enough they tried 2 times to charge a $100 property damage fee outside of the Expedia booking. It is refundable within 2 weeks!! They instantly take your money but you need to wait 2 weeks to get it back. They emailed us to confirm the booking which we did. Anyway when we got there to check in as there was a concert in Sydney that weekend they had not kept our booking. We eventually found a room kilometres away from the reason we had come to Sydney in the first place.
So, beware they will make charges outside of your Expedia booking!

The three ladies I spoke with on the phone prior to my stay and the security guard who assisted my check in after hours were above and beyond amazing customer service and hospitality. Thank you for being so amazing, keep up the good work

Plenty of space and easy to use TV, the counter service was fantastic!

I was surprised how spacious and modern the room was considering the price. The cafe onsite closed at 5pm so I missed out unfortunately but the Eastern Creek shopping centre with a great food hall is a short drive away. Car Park is not close to rooms, but a short walk (50- 70m), EV Charging is available through Exploren Network.

Amazing. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The receptionist was professional, welcoming and friendly. This was my first stay at The Lodge and I will be staying here again. The only minor issues was parking is away from the room and the security gate did not operate with my room key but security, via an intercom, was friendly and helpful.
