Sent msg about after hours check in - but no key was left in the key box … took lots of time to convince the after hours call staff that there really was no key in the key box and we needed help to get in!! Very Poor form guys. Then they called us the next morning to ask when we would be checking out - after 1 night of a 3 night stay!!! Really bad communication.

We were in apartment 94, second floor.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
First the bad: it was dated and grubby. Old mismatched furniture, collapsed sofas, sticky cutlery and glassware. One toilet had not been cleaned, one shower had a build up of film on the door, the other had a stained shower curtain. Old carpets with ripples, overdue for a steam clean. The one split system a/c struggled with the QLD summer, we had to leave the bedroom doors open to sleep comfortably as there was no cooling or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Pretty poor if you want privacy.
The good: nice glimpses of the cbd and river. Excellent gym and swimming pool. Parking was spacious and easy and the check in was handled by a very friendly and professional man. The kitchen was well equipped with homewares. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were much appreciated. The area is beautiful, noise levels were low and shower pressures excellent. $210p/n

Staff were amazing, probably just the cleanliness of the rooms, needs attention as we had to wipe down kitchen area and also wash some of the kitchen appliances in the room. This was our first time staying there, we enjoyed it and will be back for sure, just the cleanliness in some parts and the room did smell like someone had smoke in there? We didnt want to bring it up with staff as this was our first time there. However,

Spacious and well appointed in terms of furnishing. Very nice view. Pool side was fabulous. The spa was really refreshing and warm. Friendly staff. Check in and check out without stress. Came with family and it was a great holiday. Played tennis. Everything here was great.
I would improve beddings, and general cleanliness. Otherwise great stay. Will sure be here again.

Comfortable 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Was clean and comfortable.
Pros - pool, spa, sauna, small gym, good location, easy parking, super friendly staff
Cons - spa water was a little murky, not enough toilet paper in apartment, would have been nice to have a quilt instead of a blanket, no ceiling fans or pedestal fans for bedrooms.
Overall I would book to stay again.

Needed a unit close to Wesley Hospital, these units were perfect. A bit aged inside now , but spacious and the pool, tennis court and outdoor areas were lovely. Close to two ferry stops which are perfect to get into Brisbane CBD, and a 5 minute walk to the hospital. We got a good deal on Wotif, for an 8 night stay, which we realised when we had to extend by one night and was a lot more expensive.
