Nice & neat

Staff friendly and accomadating. Home cooked meals large , flavoursome and filling.. a bit expensive but saved me from driving to town.

Cosy and quaint. Great location for a one night stay if visting the 12 apostles - as just down the road. Step at front of bathroom quite hazardous even with warning sign on wall.

The Manager Eric was great. There was nobody to greet us in reception when we arrived. Eric came to our door later and apologized for the lack of people. He suggested several things to do for the evening and also provided a device that was necessary to use the TV. The overall feeling was that the place was old and tired.

Wonderful owners, Quiet property, beautiful countryside and great food.

The buildings are old and the property is a bit off the beaten track. However the room was clean and warm, wifi good, shower hot and beds comfortable. A good meal available for dinner. Nothing flash but family very welcoming and surroundings pleasant.

Great location, very welcoming staff, nice heated room and bed. Nice hot water for shower. Refrigerator and microwave are very convenient.

Needs to upgrade electrical running extension cords and double adapters not safe

This was the perfect place to stay for visiting the twelve apostles. So close and so quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception when we arrived. Everything was perfect and the shower was unbelievable on a cold night. Couldn’t fault a thing

Very good experience. Seems like the new owner is doing a great job at tidying the place up and buying new equipment such as smart TVs, exhaust fans in the bathroom, electric blankets and other equipment. We loved the location and the friendly dog as well. Very highly recommended

Hidden Gem of a place, two nights at this tranquil location, the staff and owners were lovely. Highly recommend

Our room was no hot water supply at that night, the staff gave an option to other room to take a shower, we are three women, my two friends from oversea, don't know English, everyone were worried going to other room took a shower. After a full day travelling, hot showers were our priority.

The dog there could understand English, but not the staff or people handling the property and no amenities were provided inside the room and even an used hand soap was left out in the bathroom with hairs left as it is everywhere. Spiders were seen crawling on the bed and under the sink in the bathroom and scared the hell out of us in the night. The heater was very loud and making thudding sounds whenever it auto stopped/restarted disturbing the sleep. Worst ever accommodations and for the exorbitant prices changed, never will recommend any one to this place ever, even if they give it for free. Not clean, not safe inside, not quiet. The TV is a small chinese table top TV where noting works and hardly any english channels to watch and not a smart TV either.

Beautiful natural surroundings, and peace and quiet abound The manager Eric was friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the air con was a bit noisy, but it was warm and comfortable without it. We'll certainly come back. Only a hop, skip and a jump to the 12 Apostles

It has to be renovated. 5 minutes drive to 12 apostles is great.

There was only 1 small cake of soap for 2 adults 2 tea bags and 2 coffee n sugar No milk. Light globe in 1 bedside lamp not working
