Great location, easy access to all parts of the city. Short walk to tram station which in the green free team zone. Quiet part of the city on the Yarra River waterfront, close to Spencer St Station for train and Bus Stations, shopping, dining, attractions all close by either by walking or tram in the city or on Southbank. Pool and gym facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. The kitchen had all the necessary essentials although we never could get the dishwasher to work. Otherwise, the apartment was fully equipped, including full size washer and dryer. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the tram lines. All in all highly recommendable.

Everything about the place we stayed, the area, the amenities, amazing. The only negative was all the furniture, including the bed, were very uncomfortable...A for everything else though. Thank you

Was a fantastic location and handy to shops and trams and plenty of restiarants and cafes only a short walk away. Amenities such as pool and gym were good but unfortunately the spa was not working the whole 8 days we were there.
Definitely recommend if your looking for apartment accommodation.

Quite disappointing stay, obviously it’s not all up to the hosts as their are residents in the building too, but it was quite gross. The neighbours cans new through all your windows, right underneath was a large balcony absolutely covered in dog poo(I counted over 30 of them at one point). The balcony was absolutely caked in bird poo also. The stench when you go outside onto the balcony was sickening.
The interior was alright, aircon worked and had all facilities it promised. The floor was slimy and sticky in some places.
Every night the dog next door would bark and howl until 11-12 at night while the owners did nothing to stop it,

Our stay at Waterfront Melbourne apartments was good although we were lacking in a few of the things expected in an apartment for two people, for example the plunger coffee pot only made one cup of coffee at a time. We were only supplied two towels for our 8 night stay and the mat in our apartment had curled edges which we found very dangerous so we rolled it up ourselves.
