Amazing stay!! The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are incredible and the spa is wonderful. We only were here one night but could have stay a week or a month. In a wonderful area with excellent staff.

Very nice hotel, but it has some construction difficulties. For example: to get to the pool' you have to get up to 7th floor walk a lot and then get down to -1 floor. Not a very good if you are wet from the pool...

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Vienna. Walking distance to the Cathedral, the Opera, the Museums and some great restaurants. Very modern, minimalist decor with the largest bed I have ever slept in. Very Comfortable. Wonderful pool, sauna, and gym. Young and super professional team who is always looking to make your stay very special. Loved it!

Excellent hotel very luxury and lovely staff, always ready to help and make our stay very pleasant

We had a mostly terrible experience during our stay. At check in we were told our room would be ready in five minutes and that the staff was just double checking it was ready. At that point, I let the staff know that I had a fine dining reservation in an hour, and I asked if that was truly the case because of my time constraint and they assured me it we be five minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the staff if our room was ready and then they proceeded to tell me the same exact story that it'd be ready in 5 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes, our room was ready. During our waiting time the staff insisted that we let them take the our luggage so they could place it in the room for us so that as soon as it was ready the luggage would be there. When we got to the room our luggage was not there after numerous staff members told me it was already there. We we're already late to dinner and we didn't have our luggage to get ready. Once our luggage arrived we realized there was no iron in the room, which I had to go downstairs to get because at this hotel, they don't answer calls from the suites. I only was able to get room service to pick up once during my stay. I even had to go downstairs to order room service on my last morning. Also, while I was in search of an iron the cleaning crew entered the room unannounced while my girlfriend was getting ready which is totally unacceptable. In addition to many more issues I had with service, the staff does not seem genuine.

Well located, can easily walk 10-15mins) to shops, restaurants and some attractions.

What’s not to love about the Almanac? It’s in a perfect location - walkable to shopping, sites, Christmas Markets, restaurants/cafes and public transport. The staff are amazing. If you have any questions about Vienna - see Florian (head concierge) - he goes above and beyond for guests! The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. You can adjust the lighting, temp, curtains to your liking. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It was fantastic!

Very comfortable and conveniently located

I have stayed in many hotels in my day, and this was one of the greatest experiences Ive ever had. Beautiful room, Alaskan King, lots of pillows, amazing shower and soaking tub. Old time hotel magic and professionalism with a modern flair. The pool and soa look and feel like you dreamt them up. Neither a plus nor minus, but an idea of the type of place— When I arrived, there was a photoshoot happening in the lobby. If and when I am back, I will stay here.

Fantastic location and a lovely hotel, our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed cocktails in the bar.

The AC in the rooms are not working properly despite multiple room changes. The rooms are spacious and nice. The hotel provide a free minibar for one time however no complementary drinking water is offered after. Note to families: the toilet doors are transparent glass so this might be something to consider

The Almanac is the THE place to stay in Vienna. You are greeted by a friendly staff. They will help you to get around Vienna and make sure you have all the help you need. The pool, steam room and sauna is wonderful as well as the Spa.

Beautiful place nice and helpful staff

Felt like we were in a box. Height of the hotel room was very low. Had plumbing issues in first room until they changed our room. AC system was terrible. Would not go back nor recommend.
