Aqua Dome

This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed.

Worth every penny. The hot springs, the saunas, the hotel itself. Every detail is there to ensure you are comfortable, relaxed, and happy. We ate an amazing dinner, amazing breakfast, and spent all of our time relaxing around the multiple pools and relaxation areas. We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is just amazing! The place is beautiful, the thermal pools and spa just wonderful and the restaurant’s quality and variety of food superb. We absolutely loved it! My kids had a blast and my husband and I could relax and enjoy after a day at the slopes. Can’t wait go be back there.

Amazing!! Loved aqua dome so much! If your looking to truly relax and disconnect this is the place! Everything you need is at the resort. Gym, spa, restaurants and bar. The sauna area is fully nude as it is traditionally in Austria so keep this in mind when booking. Beautiful views out every window. Gym is fully equipped. We felt the hotel was a great value for everything that is included. Would highly recommend. Transportation from airport if your flying in is expensive. Around $170 one way. Great mountain atmosphere and amazing thermal bath with the best sauna world I have ever seen.

Would be a wonderful place for a honeymoon or romantic retreat

The only thing to improve on would be to have more facilities for young people. Our 11 and 14 year old were quite bored with the pools quickly, but then this is a pool and spa resort so that’s our own fault really.

The hotel was wheelchair accessible but the staff in the dinning room made my husband feel unwelcome and a nuisance. The spa - which was our reason for coming was not wheelchair accessible. The pools where my husband would be pain free had a steep staircase and no lift!

Beautiful location and great staff. Loved it.

Polite and attentive staff and super clean. The pools and spa facilities were also fantastic. Dinner and the service was amazing as well though there is still room for improvement in the buffet breakfast in terms of both quality and variety and choice of foods.

Hello All Im writing this review only to help the hotel get better, so im going to share the pros and cons. I will start with the positive ones: The breakfast was good, Room was renovated and clean, the bed was comfi, the view was great! I would not go back because of these reasons: 1. Spa and therme is supposed to be relaxing and this resort was like mcdonalds of thermes. Soooo many people using the facility! 2. The amenities are limited and outdated 3. Spa 3000 was only for hotel members and it had private massage rooms but eventhough i called twice and sent them a email ( which they never responded to) , they never mentioned it and by the time we were there it was fully booked! 4. No photo and video rule was very weird! 5. The masaage was ok but they dont know how to manage the show. As soon as we got in, they sent us to the rooms without any welcome drinks to relax and ... , The rooms were too bright and the therapist talked to you during the massage which is unprofessional. 6. The dinner was included but it was basically a buffet, out of formality they gave you a menu to order from. The dinner quality was poor 7. Free mini bar was basically coke almdudler and juice Lol I would recommend a boutique therme not this commercial one. Unless they change their approach which is highly unlikely because we got the feeling that no one cares no matter what we ask for ...

Everything and more above expectations. A place to relax and enjoy. Amazing pools, saunas and spas. Great rooms, beautiful views and amazing service.
