My stay here was pleasant, it’s a block away from major traffic street which helps reduce the noise, I was really able to get a good nights rest and very easy to get to by public transportation, only spoke with front desk when checking in and checking out, very friendly Would stay here again.

The room was much nicer than I was expecting, given the hallways are rather dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and, while the location is a bit of a walk down to the city center, it's actually a very nice location with it's own charm, cafes, restaurants, and shopping. I opted to take an Uber to and from the train station. Normally I'd walk but it's just way too far and public transportation required a mix of walking and different bus lines. Uber took 15 minutes and was like $20. I was there in December when all the Christmas markets were open. The hotel had a list of markets with their locations and how to get there. And two of the markets were actually very close to the hotel. Of the ones I went to, those were the two I enjoyed the most.

Its the staff that make this hotel, helpful in reception and the breakfast room, made to feel like returning guest rather than a ew guest. Love the art music themed areas, in our room, and the breakfast area, loved the lyrics etched on the mirrors. Please if possible pass on our thanks.

The hotel was clean and modern, and my room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints except I was disappointed not to hear music in the hotel itself - music just seemed to be their decorative theme, unless I missed something. I walked with a friend to the hotel about 8 PM from Westbanhof, and it was a bit dark along the way as most businesses were closed and there was an unlit park on the side street. A couple small clusters of young men were just standing around near the entrance to Lugar mini mall half a block from the hotel. No one approached us, but I felt a little uncomfortable about that. Inside the mall itself was fine, but overall the Westbanhof area 10 minutes down the road felt safer and livelier to me so I probably would have enjoyed it more for the same price.

Was great stay. Would stay again when we are in vienna.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Hotel was near the bus and tram stations, which was very convenient and made it so easy to go to downtown. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we first arrived, the room wasn't clean, but we called them and they took care of it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place. Been there twice in few months

Stay was fantastic, the hotell is located close to Metro and tram lines makeing access to the city easy, the room was overall well put together and clean. Would definitely recommend!!

I enjoyed my recent stay at the hotel. Room was very comfortable with air conditioning, excellent shower and bathroom facilities. House keeping did a great job making sure i always came back to a well kept room. House keeping are the unsung heroes of every well run establishment. Front of house staff were excellent, respectful, helpfull and courteous at all times and are a credit to the hotel. Superb coffee, nice bar and patio area. Excellent walking distance to Vienna for me. I absolutely adore Vienna so enjoyed walking everywhere. For those who prefer transportation the trams and underground station are just around the corner from the hoel to whisk you away to any part of the city. Overall just fabulous i have no complaints at all. Thank you to all the staff for making this visit to Vienna a wonderful experience and i will be back in the future. 🙂

It was easy to get around from the location

Honestly, I was disappointed when I arrived to the hotel. The rooms were somewhat clean, but had stains on the wall, hair on some of the sheets, dust under the desk, etc. Also there may or may not have been bed bugs in our room, I saw a bug above my bed so small I thought it was a crumb on the wall and zoomed in with my camera to see a bug that strongly resembled a bed bug. Although the customer service was okay, I don’t think I would stay here again.

Mixed bag here. Walking distance to the Stadthalle. Room size adequate, with mini fridge, but unplugged. Room had electric blinds which was cool. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. Rooms on the street side are very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, deliveries 5am-10am. Banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. Can't open windows overnight. So room very stuffy and no real aircon. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, normally increasing. There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. Our last night the shower flooded badly. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. Staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. Then he said he would send a colleague up. No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. Went to reception, treated with contempt, eye rolls, told us he couldn't help, was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE! He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us rolling his eyes. Basically appalling customer service. No apologies. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic, which we appreciated. Still doesn't take the bad taste away. Didn't need that contempt and unhelpfulness on our last night when we should have been resting. We wouldn't return
