If we stay in Vienna one again, I will deffinetly come back to this property. We had double room with private bathroom. Room was simple, but everything was very clean. Staff at reception was nice and helpfull, breakfast for 10eur ok. First day we went late to breakfas and there was almost nothing, but the other day, we got up earlier and it was ok - bread, ha, cheese, basic vegetable, water melon, cereals, juices, coffee/tee

The staff are very helpful and the property appears to have recently been refurbished. The breakfast is reasonable. It's a little way out of the centre but the underground station is nearby and the neighbourhood feels safe. The Internet is slow at times. We would happily stay here again should we return to Vienna.

Overall a good experience. My doubt was if the people are screened based on their nationality. Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi/Similar people are accommodated in same rooms. It should be deliberate. Can't be that much of a coincidence.
Moreover, it was interesting that no towels were provided.

The property is very inconvenient as when we needed to ask the staff to keep heating our food in the microwave as only the staff only had access to the microwave and sink whereas in order hostels they left it open for guests to use

It looks like a 4 Star hotel since you enter the Reception. Clean and professional.
I din:t like the idea of having to sign a record when checking in and rooms are missing Air Conditioning, just too hot during Summer.

I literally fell asleep in the lobby because they wouldn’t let me check in early, i offered to pay a fee & they kept saying no. The room was ready, just not their policy to let me in early.
There was like 5-6 of us in the lobby just waiting for 15:00.

For the price it’s what you’d expect, communal areas are decent the vibe is very much boring though. If you’re a solo travel and expect to meet others I wouldn’t recommend this one since there are no incentive to socialize with others. Also lots of older guys (kinda uncomfortable for younger solo female travellers).

My stay was okay, but the service wasn't so great. A man checked me into my room and i didn't really understand that there was a deposit for the locker. I got into my room and went back to the receptionist. He just asked me, "Oh, you're still staying here?" I just said, "Yes, why wouldn't I?" I asked about the locker fee again and he said there was a deposit. I returned to my room and my locker key number did not match my bed key number. I returned again to the receptionist and stated this and he said the locker room key number do not always match the bed number. The place was okay to stay in, but rude service.

Checkin need super-sharp eyes for filling form ;)
