We stayed here for 11 nights and while this is far from touristy areas, it is very close to public transport and a breeze from there to get to Innere Stadt.
Also conveniently located to a Westfield Shopping Centre, plenty of dining options available.
Staff were very professional & friendly. Complimentary coffee & tea available at the lobby. Also good that there is a gym and a laundry-drying facilty.

Stayed for almost two weeks. It’s a great location, close to transportation and dining. The hotel staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a grocery store just below the hotel. A great property.

Staff were very helpful at this hotel. Comfortable room, modern and lots of natural light. There is a rooftop bar and they offer breakfast, however we did not opt in for breakfast. Location is great, right next to metro service and a spar shop. Not quite in the centre so much quieter, but doesn’t take long to get to the centre by metro. Across the road there is a food hall and cinema. Would recommend!

Excellent accomodation, free tea and coffee, great location with subway across the road and a 10 min trip into the centre of Vienna. Also a mall across the road with a supermarket and great restaurants.

This property is just 1yr old, its clean and modern, and comfortable.
Beneath the hotel is a Spar shop, and opposite is the U train Line 1.
Westfield shopping center is about 3mins walk.
Its 8 stops on the U train to Central Vienna.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and well positioned assuming you don’t mind using the subway (it’s a direct 15 minute ride to Stephansplatz). Overall the hotel did exactly what I wanted and did it well

Citadines Danube is located in Donau, about 15 minutes by U-Bahn from the city center, but the U-bahn stop is directly across the street (along with a huge shopping mall). There are a few restaurants nearby and the hotel offers breakfast, but the apartments contain kitchenettes and there is a Spar (small supermarket) on the ground floor so you can easily fix your own food. You can also get an evening drink at the bar on the top floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, which was useful when I needed a cab to go to the airport at 4:30 AM. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. One note: the hotel entrance is on the second floor of a large modern building. It took me a minute to find the entrance (up an escalator) when I first arrived.

Very nice hotel, very clean and very well located, just across the subway however the hotel is like soundproof, you can’t hear any noise. The room was very clean and very functional with a little kitchen area. Below the hotel was a good Asian restaurant and beside a Spar grocery store. I recommend this hotel without any doubt and I would go back there at anytime. One of the best quality/price.

This apartment like room has everything you need to do groceries and cook inside. What a great location, across the street is a shopping center/mall and access to the train into the city. Which was easy to get tickets and the best way to travel into the city. The gym has everything you need to work out (4.5/5.0). If the gym had thicker mats to do core exercises, I would give it 5/5! Will definitely stay there again.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Vienna. The modern setup and impeccable cleanliness were truly impressive. As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay.
The room was spotless, with a mattress that provided excellent comfort and bedding that was exceptionally clean and fresh. The breakfast was outstanding, both in terms of quality and the beautiful venue where it was served.
Special mention to the receptionist, W., who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I am exceptionally satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return on my next visit to Vienna!

Ideally located just minutes from Kagran metro station, the property offered convenience, with
a nearby Spar supermarket just downstairs—perfect for essentials, though it closed at 8pm.
The room featured a modern design, complete with streaming facilities on the TV for convenient entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped with good functionality.
Staff were generally helpful and gave advice on the upcoming bank holidays and store closures.
