It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top.
HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible.
The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on.
The shower.. oh lord. the water pressure is so weak and does not allow you to push it past the basic pressure. The design of the tub meant that water spills out if you move out the way.
It is very frustrating to experience, as a nice calming shower is a huge part of my relaxing routine after a long day of work/travel.
I will likely be hesitant to book Courtyard as I notice this pillow and shower issue is common amongst their hotels.

This property is a bit far from conveniences, such as dining and shopping. It is just what you expect from a Courtyard Marriott. Clean, but nothing that stands out as special. It was fine for a couple nights.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great service at the lobby lounge and the room was spacious and clean. The only areas could have been better is the water pressure for the shower and blackout curtains. Will definitely return in the future :)!

We arrived early and were told our room would be ready at 12:30 pm, so we checked our luggage and went out. When we returned at 1 pm we were told it would be another 5 minutes; 10 minutes later they said another 20 minutes. If they had been upfront from the get-go we would have planned accordingly.
We splurged on the Presidential Suite and it is lovely. However, while there is a large dining table and lots of glasses, there were no plates or silverware! And there were food scraps from the previous guest under the table. The refrigerator was welcome, but we would have liked a microwave as well.
Finally, the hotel web site lists “laundry facilities” which sounds like guests would be able to do their own laundry, but it was the usual costly practice of having the hotel do the laundry.

Very dissapointing for the price. The room looked dark and miserable. There was an old, musty damp carpet smell. We had to change rooms 3 times and they all smelt the same. We wanted to walk out the hotel.

Central positioned, good breakfast, profesional personel, the room and the hotel are clean. Safe and big parking onder the hotel The only remark is that the coffee machine in the room was not emptied or cleaned for a while. There were still capsules present in the machine. Otherwise I warm recommendation.
