The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024.

The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas).

Das Hotel ist modern und der Spabereich wirklich top. Das Essen im Restaurant geschmacklich hervorragend. Leider ist das Personal im Restaurant ziemlich planlos . Wir haben 2h45min für das Abendessen gebraucht und die Kellner wussten nicht, ob wir beim Hauptgang oder bei der Nachspeise sind.Wir haben extra schon um 18:00 das Abendessen reserviert, um später noch in die Therme zu gehen. Das ging sich dadurch leider nicht aus. Nur der Kellner an der Bar hatte den Überblick. Bei der Rezeption wurden wir von einem sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Herrn empfangen. Die Dame beim Auschecken war jedoch wieder sehr konfus. Trotz Hinweis,dass wir das Zimmer incl Halbpension bereits bezahlt haben,hat sie mehrmals darauf bestanden, dass wir das Abendessen noch bezahlen müssen. Als sich das schließlich als ihr Fehler herausgestellt hat,war sie nicht besonders höflich. Schade, ein super Hotel aber teilweise unmotiviertrs Personal!

Schönes Hotel, sauber, zeitgemäß. Sehr nettes Personal. Wellness Bereich hat nur bis 21uhr offen und man wird bereits um 20:45 hinausgebeten. Sollte für Hotelgäste länger offen haben. Kommt man abends vom wandern, geht man mal essen und dann geht sich kaum ein Wellnessbesuch mehr aus. Essen im Bistro ist nicht besonders.
