Excellent views!

No hot water No electric jug No slipper Curtain damage Bad house keeping

We booked thinking this was a luxury hotel, but it wasn't - When we checked in there was a dark haired girl at the front desk, she told as our room number and nothing else (like dining hours, hotel ammenities, etc) - The wifi wasn't working at all - We had the smallest shower, we could barely get clean in there. - We asked if we could dine one night and we were rudely told "NO!" We later found out that they prepare the food for the number of ppl who commit to dinner plans during the day of the dinner. Again, I wish we had been told about that by the checkin lady - they had a practice of setting the keys out in the lobby. Since we were only given one key when we checked in, i assumed that there was only one key to the room. I was horrified to discover our other room key sitting on the peg board with the room number displayed on the key chain in full view of anyone who enters through the door of the hotel. For this reason alone we would never stay there again - When we checked out, a different lady (who was much more pleasant) presented me with the full bill. When i said we had already paid it- she at first tried to argue with me but then she looked it up on expedia and (surprise, surprise) we had - There were other instances where we didnt feel welcome - like being scolded for sitting in the wrong table for breakfast or afternoon snack. it was really annoying. - it's such a shame b/c they have a 5 star location and view. They really need to update their procedures....

Have been traveling the world, much of it in Europe for 35 years, and Hotel Seppl is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. First off, the location is simply stunning as the hotel is surrounded by massive mountains and also overlooks parts of Innsbruck. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous with a mixture of old world Europe and a modern touch as well. We signed up for half board and the breakfast and dinner were varied and sumptuous, with a strong lean on local cuisine. For the body, this hotel can’t be beat! Their spa facilities included a sauna, steam room, physiotherapy sauna, outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Also they had a massage room. We are cyclists and Hotel Seppl is not only located amidst 100 of kilometers of road, mtn and gravel riding trails, they also rent E-bikes on their premises! Running this whole wonderful hotel was a truly outstanding manager who had answers for all our questions and went above and beyond several times for us! You simply can’t beat this incredible hotel and we will be back again!!!

The view and grounds were fantastic. The staff could have been more attentive when we were sitting the bar area playing cards.

The hotel is small and VERY comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They provide a lot of amenities you will not find at many establishments. One thing that I liked was the readiness of the staff to answer questions about the area. If you are looking for things to do, they can provide questions. Everyone spoke excellent English. The breakfast was very nice and complete. Lovely assortment. The hotel also provides an optional formal dinner. We were planning to have our anniversary dinner there but had car trouble. Next time!!! Highly recommended.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable with modern furniture bathroom is new and has marble tiles

Gabriel the bartender was great to chat with.i did not feel the other staff was fully prepared to dusdiscuss things like what to do in area,

Everything was great. We got a really nice room facing the mountains. It was quiet and relaxing.

This was a really nice hotel, clean, comfortable and in a nice peaceful and picturesque location. The breakfast was a good buffet and the evening meal was very good. The hotel was a nice 20 minute tram ride down the mountain to Innsbruck.The room I had was nice and clean with a view up to Mutters.I would definitely stay here again.

This was our fourth visit. We were really looking forward to a meal in the restaurant. However on arrival we were informed the restaurant was closed. It would have been useful to know this before our visit as it was the main reason we had booked this hotel. Very disappointed.

Too far away from Innsbruck and very inconvenient. Ten minute walk to the tram then 30 minutes to Innsbruck. Also way overpriced. I hated it!

Nice hotel with very responsive staff and great location

Charming hotel nestled in the Austrian Alps. Excellant food, helpful staff. All made for a wonderful experience.
