ibis Vienna Airport

Staff was very helpful. Goid dining options onsite. Howvere, there is no shutle from/to the airport and no public transportation within ~40 minute-walk. The only options to get to/from the hotel are own car or taxi/uber.

Not my cup of tea. It was ok for this 1 occasion. No public transport to get to it or to get to the airport from it. Next time just stay in an actual airport hotel and spend an extra 100 euros on that rather then 2 taxi rides. Ridiculous.

I have stayed previously at Ibis hotels with good satisfaction however, this one was of the poorest quality. The grounds around poorly kept and wit a lot of trash.

It was fine for an overnight stay for one person. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere. The good news it that it is part of a truck stop. It was quiet. If you wanted access to a market and gas, it would be good. The room was fine. The only odd thing was the bed was big enough for two people but there was only one comforter that was not long enough if you are tall. There were two negative surprises. The first had nothing to do with the hotel. It is a flat rate of 40 Euros if you take a taxi to or from the airport. Uber is 21. So for the distance traveled, it is expensive if you use a taxi . The second surprise was that I thought the web site said they had a shuttle to the airport. They do not.

This is - NOT - an airport hotel. It is a 40 Euro taxi ride EACH WAY. This is misleading in the worst possible way. DO NOT STAY HERE if you need an AIRPORT hotel.

Super quiet Excellent service

The reason to stay there were just sleep few hours before the flight No shuttle from hotel to the airport ! Pay attention ! they offer taxi for 42 E ☝️ But bold is only 20€ Just advise lots of better hotel in Vienna and Uber to the airport only 30€

Very average overpriced hotel

The check in took more than necessary (30 minutes). The receptionist was on his own. Than he couldn’t find our - PREPAID reservation. Than we received key for a room which was already occupied - which should never ever happen!!!! Too much mess for one one night reservation- which was obviously not reception fault but just bad hotel management!!! Needs to improve!

The buffet was generous. Only one bath towel each, no other towels. The bed sheet/comforter was way too small. Reception was efficient and kind.

I liked the variety of food offerings.

This was a very nice Ibis. Resturant, Burger King and convinence store below hotel. Only draw back was it cost 35 euro each way in a cab. For the extra 70 euro, I'd book a hotel next to the airport next time.

Clean, quiet and a comfortable bed. Great for a night's stay before heading to the airport after a good nights sleep.

Terrible experience. Dirty room, used toilet paper roll. We asked to change our room for cleaniest,but it was very bad. I took photos of discusting curtains in our room. This was the worst hotel experience in my life.

We arrived very late, but we’re greeted most cheerfully and helpfully by the hotel clerk. Fantastic breakfast with so many choices of fresh food of all kinds. Perfect place to stay when arriving in Vienna. Not too far from airport, but will need a car, Uber or taxi to get there. Very clean and comfortable mattress too!

This is a nice modern IBIS about 15km from Vienna airport. Clean and modern rooms, professional and friendly staff, and good on-site eating facilities. My criticism is that the hotel holds itself out to be an airport hotel, but is not particularly close to the airport and does not offer a shuttle service or early check-in. Taxi from the airport is €36 each way so including taxi fares it's actually cheaper to stay at the terminal hotel. I believe the hotel would benefit from at least offering a shuttle bus to travelers.

Hotel is good.Excellent food options at the hotel.Only issue is the taxi from the airport is 35 euros each way so the money you safe on not using a hotel next to the airport you spend on taxis

A very good hotel close to the airport

Friendly staff, very good restaurant, clean environment. CLose to the airport but only taxi available- rather expensive!

A solid property and conveniently located off of the Autobahn. AWESOME breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room.
