I picked this property based on location. When you get the actual property address after booking, it’s actually over a mile away from where the pin shows on the map prior to booking. The apartment we were given felt more like a prison cell, it was absolutely nothing like the apartment in the photos. There was no pictures on the wall, the walls were covered in dirty brown marks and was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Even after having a shower in here I still felt dirty. Best thing about this apartment was when I was leaving.

Really difficult to find. The address advertised is incomplete. We messaged and called but no answer. We walked for ages and got lucky when we found a place with a similar name who's owner had redirected many other guests looking for the same place. Once we'd found the place, the self check in was simple. In future, we'll pay a little more and not suffer. Google maps doesnt list the place and there's no signs above the door, so even when you have found it, you still can't be certain.

Great central location, nearby underground station. Very quiet and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Helpful online reception staff.

This is a terrible place to stay, we booked the room since it was in a good location but the rooms and services were terrible, The virtual checkin is a terrible experience. No response from the staff, wrong check in information and response. The number is not responding and we had to check in after 2 hours of waiting

It is not a hotel, terrible check in service. No proper room service, missing towels, not sharing wifi code. Missing instructions, no response on whatsapp number

The property was okay for the price. The main issue was no one from management would accept our calls or messages for the entire stay. No wifi, issues with water in the restroom, no hot water, and tried calling management over 15 times with no response, and sent 10 emails without a response. I would not recommend staying at this property for longer than one night.

We arrived in the evening to a very disappointing room . The first thing we noticed was the awful smell , it was a mix of stale tobacco and musty. Then on further looking around there were hairs on the bed , fluff on the floor and the room was so very small , with 1 coat hanger for two women for a 3 day stay ! No tea/ coffee making facilities. No plug in the bathroom sink . We rang the number as advertised if there was any problems ... It took several messages and about 40 hours before anyone came with a few more hangers, an old dirty kettle, two cups and 2 towels ( which were hard and crusty to touch ). We asked several times to be moved to a different room or refund so we could go to a different hotel without any lick . We were just told to be patient and wait for a response!This cost us a lot of money for 3 nights , we were so very disappointed and unhappy with our stay .

Absolutely terrible. Lack of communication from the staff and we were kicked out of our room due to “an overbooking issue” they did move us to a room across the city but much more out of the way of everything downtown. Definitely not the same location we had paid for. Staff was rude and refused to return calls or texts in a timely manner especially when it came to check in information. I would highly recommend staying here! That is if you wish to have the most complicated, stress-inducing, frustrating, disrespectful, god-forsaken stay of your entire life. My uncle had a more comfortable stay in a hole in the ground during desert storm. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this hotel. We had paid extra for a late checkout yet were still pushed and rushed out of our room 30 minutes before checkout. I had to answer the door in my thong to be welcomed by a man smoking a cigarette in my face telling me we had 10 minutes to evacuate the room for cleaning. Not sure what they could’ve possibly been in such a rush to clean. Perhaps the noticeable smell of mold in the walls? This was the most on top of things they had been throughout the entire stay. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was a dismembered corpse in the walls. I believe there would be better vacation accommodations on the back side of satans taint. At this point, only God may be able to forgive the heinous acts this hotel put us through. I will pray for you. Thank you and goodnight.

The place was alright, tight for two persons. Instruction was clear. No reception. Location was great. The comforter has stains.

This was my worst experience because of the following: 1. The property is like 15 minutes away from the location it says in the map. 2. The bathroom smelled like pee, and the floors had dust 3. The heating didn’t work. I got sick because of the cold wind that entered through some space in the windows. This property only has one external person that helps with issues and he was no use. 4. The bed was awful! I couldn’t sleep well. There should be refunding possibilities to avoid the existence of places like this…. I truly had the worst time. And now I’m sick. So thank you. Please save yourself the pain and don’t book here.

I don’t know where to start, horrific. Hard to find, nothing like the pictures, I had to buy my own pillow because they were like 20 years old and totally destroyed, no kitchen as in the photo, stained and filthy lounge and you will need to remember 3 different pass codes to get into your stay. It almost ruined my holiday as I was in a bad mood throughout my stay. So so so angry and disappointed, very not an Austrian level of stay, think of it as a hostel ran by crack heads.

Very difficult to find but staff are good on the WhatsApp, location is great but the furniture and doors feel very cheap and feel like they’re breaking Bed is comfodtable - a solid 3/5 star experience

It was difficult to find the place because there was no marking or indications around related to it.

The room itself was fine for only 2 nights but the location was not so convenient. Public transportation was easy for this location though. We had a situation the second night of our stay at 1:00AM the day of our extremely early flight. The lock was broken and the codes on the door wouldn’t work. We waited over an hour and there were 2 people that had waited over 2 hours for someone to come fix the entrance door. I wasn’t sure why they didn’t come earlier for the couple. Although this wasn’t their fault that the lock broke the way they handled it after was not accommodative for the inconvenience. I would not stay here again. They also refused to give us a discount for that night after we helped open the door.

Great location!

I like that it is near the metro station and near restaurants and convenience stores. However the address is wrong and it is really difficult to find the place since there is no sign or any distinctive to tell you about the place. It take us like 30 minutes to find it. When you finally find it, there is no body to help you with the check in. You will need internet connection to contact the administrator via Whatsapp and he will give you the codes to open the doors and get in your room. The place is fine, however the difficulty at the beginning, ruin the whole experience. Not a place I would recommend.
