We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!

This was an amazing stay at Travel Charme Ifen Hotel! Everything was perfect - the room is beautiful and spacious, the facilities are great, staff members are so welcoming and helpful, the area and views from the balcony were breathtaking and the food is delicious. At night there was a piano player which was joyful.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. If there was a word that is above perfect, we would use it! Beautiful surroundings, big rooms, clean, a wide choice of amenities that you struggle to make a choice, friendly staff. A short review does not give this hotel justice. Easily one of the best I have ever stayed at, and you get to use the cable cars and busses for free too! This is the hotel for you if you love the countryside, mountains, and adventure, but also value comfort and style.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine tolle Kulinarik und qualitativ hochstehende Produkte. Der Spa Bereich ist gross und der Ruheraum mit der Saunawelt biete Platz für erholsame Stunden.
Der Beschrieb Executive Room entspricht nicht so ganz dem Beschrieb des Hotels "Doppelzimmer". Das Zimmer war dementsprechend nicht mittelmässig ausgestattet: sehr kleiner TV, bei dem man vom Bett aus nach unten schauen musste, enorm schlechte Kissen (kaum gefüttert), was nicht zu einem guten Schlaf geführt hat.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, einige konnten nur Englisch sprachen und hatten wohl keine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Restauration.

Das Ifen Arosa hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt . Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Besonders begeistert war ich vom Wellnessbereich – eine perfekte Möglichkeit, zu entspannen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge und bietet schöne Ausblicke. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer ist schön, ruhig und sauber, Saunen und Pools sind sehr einladend und modern, auch die Jause und Frühstück sind top.
Wir haben 6 Wochen vor Aufenthalt bereits gebucht und im Endeffekt 170€ mehr bezahlt als bei aktuellen Angeboten. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Entgegenkommen bekommt man nichts außer der Aussage das gar nichts möglich sei. Das Hotelpersonal kommt einem weder mit einer Gutschrift, Upgrade noch mit Halbpension etc. entgegen, was ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel sehr enttäuschend finde..
Trotz tollem Ambiente werden wir deshalb nicht wieder kommen, da wir uns über den Tisch gezogen fühlen, weil wir für selbe Leitung einfach sehr viel mehr bezahlt haben. Ich hätte mir schon erwartet dass die Kundenzufriedenheit bei 300€/Nacht im Vordergrund steht und man uns hier etwas flexibler entgegenkommt. Schade!

Es war sehr sehr schön, Service, Essen, Top.....Zimmer alles Tip Top....nur was ich nicht verstehe, wieso man für die Parkgebühr auf dem aussenparkplatz 13 euro pro tag zahlen muss, in einem 5 Stern hotel....das ist schade...
Was vielleicht noch fehlt ist eine Toilette in der nähe vom Speisesaal, wenn man eine ältere Person dabei hat die nicht mehr so schnell gehen kann oder hilfe braucht, ist der weg zum untergeschoss sehr weit...

Wir waren einfach nur rundherum zufrieden.
Was wir nicht so schön fanden waren manche Gäste, die unseres Erachtens unangemessen gekleidet im Restaurant erschienen sind, im Bademantel zur Jausenzeit und in Flipflops und Jogginghose zum Abendessen. In einem 5 Sterne-Hotel sollte man sich schon etwas anpassen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Wellnessbereich. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren mit den Speisen sehr zufrieden. Wirklich herausragende Küche. Haben wir bisher so in vielen anderen Hotels nicht erlebt.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Umstand, dass man für das Parken zwingend bezahlen muss. Freie Parkplätze in der Umgebung haben wir nicht gesehen. Dafür steht das Auto allerdings geschützt in einer Tiefgarage.

das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.
wunderschön gelegen im Kleinwalsertal. Die Walser Allgäu-Karte gibt es für die Gäste kostenlos(enorme Ersparnis wenn man sich etwas anschaut Pfand 5,00 Pro Karte). Lohnenswert ist die Halbpension (3 Mahlzeiten) , das Essen spitze und Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt, wenn sie im Rahmen sind.
Die Preise sind gehoben (insbesondere beim Wein). Pool und Spa einfach toll. Minibar wurde Tag frisch bestückt mit Bier, Wasser und Säfte. Ein toller Service ohne Aufpreis. Obst und Wasser stehen auch für Ausflüge kostenlos zur Verfügung. Es gab auch Dinge die uns nicht so gefallen haben wie z.B. Vorhänge sind 20 cm zu kurz (daher früh wach), benutztes Geschirr etc. an den Liegen, die nicht weggeräumt wurden und bei den Zimmerpreisen eine Gebühr für Tiefgarage!
