Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice!
Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime

Ich und meine Partnerin haben diese Unterkunft für 2 Nächte gebucht im One bedroom spa Suite und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden damit gewesen, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück ist gut und für jeden was dabei, das Personal ist auch immer nett gewesen.
Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und Servicepersonal stets freundlich. Essen war viel guter Qualität und guter Auswahl. Textilbereich / Pool und Sauna könnte größer sein für die Größe des Hotels und etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein.

Insgesamt schönes Hotel in guter Lage für verschiedene Wanderungen im Zillertal. Der einmal pro Woche stattfindende Grillabend mit einer großen Auswahl an verschiedenen Grillspezialitäten hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Nicht optimal ist leider die Parksituation. Eine Parkgebühr von 8 EUR für einen Parkplatz auf einer Schotterfläche ein Stück oberhalb des Hotels finden wir nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.

• Leider könnten sie uns keinen neuen Tisch geben, da es so gezogen hat. Das Argument war, dass sie voll ausgebucht sind, obwohl nicht alle Plätze besetzt waren.
• Wollten zum Frühstück extra Schlagsahne für einen heißen Kakao. Wurde von der Kellnerin gleich dominant abgelehnt auch bei nochmaligen nachfragen. Sie ist nicht mal in Küche gegangen um nachzufragen ob es möglich ist.
• zum Frühstück ein Omelett mit Pilzen bestellt & drei Spiegeleier. Gekommen ist ein Schinken Omelett & 2 Spiegeleier.
Allgemein:
• Überall sehr viele tote Fliegen, vor allem auch im Wellness Bereich und direkt in der Sauna.

Schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial (Pools sehr kalt, Personal wird mehrmals täglich von der Chefin für die Gäste hörbar zusammengeschissen, Sauberkeit im Bad).
Mochte, dass es modern ist und Preis-Leistung war gut (ca 180 € für Vollpension).

Vegane Auswahl am Buffet und als Auswahl beim Abendmenü, Kompliment an die Küche! eine Joghurtalternative wäre top! Leider war die Zimmerreinigung eher schleißig, Staub und Schmutz unter dem Bett und in den Kästen! Keine Klimaanlage, starker Abflußgeruch im Bad! Gemeldet, anscheinend nicht behebbar, es hat sich keiner dem Problem angenommen! Diffuse Zimmerbeleuchtung!
