Everything is good, except no soundproof. Our room is the road side, in the night I feel like I am sleeping on the street! Car noise, people talking, all things you can hear clear and loud from outside. The hotel at least should upgrade their windows!!! The whole night I only slept for 2-3 hrs!

The hotel is perfectly situated close to the beach, restaurants and bars. It’s one stop on the tram from the railway station with the stop directly opposite the hotel. I booked direct and couldn’t have been more pleased how easy it was as I required two twin rooms. We stayed five nights and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable although a little dated, the bar was comfortable and relaxing and every member of staff was very friendly and professional. The price included breakfast which was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in awhile. Thank you for great stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ter Streep and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I booked the "Cosy" room, which turned out to be ridiculously small. Unfortunately this was not clear from their website! The bathroom was so cramped that it was nearly impossible to move around comfortably. The rooms were also very old and not very clean.
The service at this hotel was nothing short of diabolical. On Saturday morning, we were addressed by a lady who claimed to be the manager of the hotel. Her demeanor was extremely arrogant and rude, displaying no interest whatsoever in assisting us with our concerns. Her behaviour alone is reason enough to steer clear of this establishment.
While the breakfast offered was decent and the location convenient, these positives were overshadowed by the poor service and inadequate room size. As for the bar, I would advise against visiting it unless you're attending a wake – the atmosphere was that gloomy.
In conclusion, I would not recommend staying at Hotel Ter Streep due to the lack of service and uncomfortable room conditions. There are surely better options available in the area.

our stay was very pleasant. We did not have any unpleasant situations, we had the smallest rooms in the hotel and we did not complain :) I think that the price is adequate to the standard and if you only want to have a place to stay somewhere, I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience!
