Stayed here overnight a couple of weekends ago and had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Really good breakfast included. Will def stay here again as it was close to the town centre, had a great little bar across the canal and a Carrefour opposite if you need any groceries.

Mid sized, solid town hotel for city tourists as well as for smaller business events / meetings.
Clean and friendly, very helpful staff. Parking garage accessible from the back street with the hotel room key (spaces a bit tight though, but hey - Brugge's old town is like that).
Good place to explore the city, center in walking distance. Solid breakfast.
The canal across from the hotel gave off a bit of a smell, but it was very warm weather too, nothing they can do something about.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and had a great experience.
The staff were very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed, the breakfast was amazing, my wife had prosecco, scrambled eggs with salmon while I went for the continental option.
Rooms were clean and bed was super comfortable, we liked the character of the hotel, and the location was quiet and a short walk to the main square.
Yes I'm sure you'd find hotels with a more modern vibe, but we found this Hotel offered everything we needed and more.
Bruges is beautiful, it's full of charm with plenty of great places to eat and drink, and more beers than ever imaginable a truly wonderful place.

Whilst our room was a little tired it was spotless with a lovely bathroom and excellent views. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was good and the staff courteous and friendly. For Bruges the prices were good. Will happily return.

Distance 15 min to market/plaza.
Hotel staff not helpful.
No shampoo or lotion in bathroom.
Limited outlets and none in bathroom
No bottled water in room.
Disappointed with Hotel and cannot believe it is ratwd as 4 star.
