Mercure Han Sur Lesse

The hotel rooms are modern and luxurious.The sleek design and high-end amenities made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The hotel itself was equally impressive. The staff at the reception and bar were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool was equally good. I wish there was a small swimming pool for the toddlers. The hotel has 28 covered parking slots. Also, there are many parking spaces available in the vicinity of the Hans Cave. I also appreciated the fact that the checkout time could be extended until 1400, with a payment of just 25 euros.

A nice place to stay when you want to visit the caves of Han-Sur-Lesse. Cosy rooms have a nice view and aren't too dark. Upon arriving we noticed that we did not get the room we had ordered and that the private parking lot was full. All this was blamed on booking.com. to compensate for this we were given a free drink of choice at the bar, though. Later we discovered that a space in the parking lot costs about 15 euros per day, so we were glad that we had found free parking nearby. Only one small elevator to the reception caused queues often and made people take the stairs, which is not nice with much luggage. The pool is very nice and atmospheric but the temperature was different every single day, which was a bit weird.

I loved the service. The breakfast is great, different varieties, and the restaurant meals that I tried are very delicious. The rooms are clean, room services are bit slow but this is not critical. There is a place for children to play on the lobby. Tha location is great. I will go back without hesitation.

Both receptionists were in a bad mood and quickly irritated. Not a welcome feeling and bad vibes in this hotel. Only the kitchen personnel were able to smile and be friendly. Also a lot of spiders and spider webs in the rooms.

We stayed at the Mercure Han-sur-Lasse Hotel in August 2022. Sorry I just wrote a review on Google now. This Mercure Han-sur-Lasse, the hotel is very good, the breakfast food is delicious and luxurious. The interior design is very modern, a mix of classic and vintage, I really love it... Now is the internet era, the connection must be prioritized from the client. If possible, the internet is set not to be open to the public, it is better to just close the connection, specifically for clients only, so that they can access the internet during the day.
