Location: Very close to the centrum. Room: Room was quite neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and toilet was also good as well. Price: A little high but not bad i think. Value for money. Service: It was self service hotel, you’ll get a an email with all the details like room number, pin code for the main door and room door as well. Stuff was very friendly. Overall recommended

This was my worst hotel experience ever! Run away from this place like it’s the plague! The building itself is beautiful, large, and majestic—that’s the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Once you step inside, you feel like you’re in a madhouse—it’s very uncomfortable and unsafe. Why, you ask? Because you’ll be there alone. Yes, you’ll be alone—there are no people in the hotel, neither guests nor staff. After making a reservation, you’ll receive a code for entry, and it’s the same code for both the front door and your room. The room is very spacious but dirty. The bathroom is dirty, the bed has hair and stains, and most importantly, there are bedbugs. I read about the bedbugs in the reviews, but after seeing how dirty the room was and realizing there were no people around, I immediately knew it was true and canceled my stay (it was hard to reach reception, but they agreed to cancel the reservation, so I appreciate that—it took me 30 minutes to get through and cancel). For those who don’t know, bedbugs live in mattresses, inside blankets, and pillows, so they’re not visible, but once you go to sleep, they react to your body and start attacking you. After staying the night, you could even carry these bedbugs on your clothes and luggage. If, God forbid, your immune system is weakened and you get bitten by bedbugs, you could also get sick. I believe this hotel will never be able to claim cleanliness or safety.

Can't stress this enough: this hotel advertises amazing rooms via doctored photos in their website and social media while the reality of their facilities is far from what you see on said photos. They have a clear MO: charge in advance and then they offer stained towels and pillowcases (mine had blood stains), filthy and smelly rooms, moldy coffee makers, bedding with bugs, horrible attention when you seek help. They are fine with you leaving and will never return your money. Then they use a strategy where they discredit bad reviews and flood review systems with 5-star reviews produced by their employees. Moreover, they do this in all their businesses: hotels, restaurants, even a clay workshop! Beware

Very bad hotel. The smell was truly horrible (first floor room) and the room was very dusty and with spiders. I stayed as I had no other choice, but the smell was really toxic, felt horrible. Shower was also dirty and there were bugs. Property Clearly not well taken care of. And since there is no reception, there is no one to talk to. High price too for what it is, definitely not worth it. Property very run down.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen! The photos are completely misleading! We checked into the hotel during the day, but when we returned from our walk and went to bed, bedbugs bit me, my wife, and our friends! My friends and I were in different rooms. There was also a strong unpleasant odor in the room, no air conditioning, just a window. The hall and kitchen were very dirty, and the room itself was dusty. There is no reception, so there was no one to turn to. We were forced to urgently find another place to stay because no one was willing to sleep with bedbugs. The hotel shows maximum disregard and disrespect towards its guests. The website also claimed that the place was suitable for people with disabilities, but that is not true. Our friend had to struggle up the stairs because the building has no elevator, and there is absolutely nothing provided for people with limited mobility! We wrote many emails, but we never received a refund. This place is horrible, and I strongly advise against visiting it.
