A beautiful and unique property, offering a mix of period features with modern facilities and a private garden. Family friendly and close to cafes, restaurants and shops, this is a great place to spend a few days in Belgium.
We were lucky enough to have the property to ourselves for most of our stay, and booked two rooms with a private bathroom. This gave us lots of space as a family, and we were able to cuddle up in the TV room on a stormy night or read and play board games in the evenings.
Soignies is a peaceful town and residents are very friendly and welcoming. Mons, Pairi Daiza and other local attractions are less than half an hour away by car; and Brussels is half an hour away by train.

This Villa was fantastic! We all but had the place to ourselves as we never saw anyone else. The location is right in the middle of town making walking easy. The atmosphere is beautiful. We actually wished we could’ve spent more time enjoying the common rooms and garden. We had friends with a car in town and used this as a central place for day trips in every direction of Belgium. (There was no “service “ but we did not expect there to be and further more preferred to be left alone -so still 5 star- but if you expect any service you might want to know that!)

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Theresa and would recommend it. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. Very well situated in the centre of the town and close to all amenities. Emi & Dim
