Rooms were cosy and spacious. Cleaning was perfect. View from the 8th floor balcony was beautiful with view of the sunrise. As we traveled from India, I found out that very few people speak English in Brazil and it was difficult to converse with them. So we used google translate app to communicate.

There are good suites with plenty of space. The breakfast offered is good and has many options. The surrounding area isn't great but it's about 20-30 min to São Paulo by car.

I was there years ago. Good hotel for the price. Location fine, rooms and food ok. Problem to find English speaking personnel. It took a lot of efforts to explain that my passport got stuck in a broken locker box.
