Stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, great service all round, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Unfortunately had my phone stolen the second day just around the corner from the hotel, but the staff were very helpful, drove me to the police station and helped me register a complaint. I don’t think I could have done it without them as only a hand full of people speak English even in the police station and I am great full for their help. Thank you very much.

It's a great hotel. We stayed 3 nights and have been so happy in this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast buffet is how it's supposed to be and the service is really good. If we ever will come to Sao Paulo again we will definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended..

Luxury hotel with amazing staff.
- a staff member walked us to the subway , helped buy tickets just because his shift was done and he wanted to be helpful. That’s this kind of place.
Drinks from the hotel bar were amazing , checking in and out was easy . Rooms were thoroughly clean. They value their clients here . Very impressed

Staff is nice. Wifi is awful constantly disconnects. Air conditioning never gets room cool went to sleep hot every night.
