There was no on site restaurant so breakfast on. Sunday was nearby MacDonalds. Also the toilet was so low to the floor it was difficult squatting that low and getting up up easily. Have never experienced a such an outdated uncomfortable toilet as this.

I was disappointed at being put on 3rd floor on the very end of walkway. I stayed 3 nights with luggage so it was inconvenient to go out and carry stuff back up. The office was locked starting before 10 pm? Had to knock and wait for service. Parking was in issue due to the restaurant on site. It was very busy in the evening and took all the spots out front. There was no ice bucket? The tv/remote was hard to figure out. Had to go down to the office and wait for employee to finish his personal call before helping me. The room was clean and comfortable, food, shopping and skytrain nearby. Had a late flight so they let me stay late the day I checked out. Really nice of them. No freezer compartment in fridge. Overall nice place.

While we didn't use the toaster over, it was nice to know it was there if we needed it. But I have better electrical wiring in my garage than the industrial power bar and cord to power it.

Comfortable and clean room, and a walking distance from the air train.
Some serious problems:
- the room was not well heated at night
- when I came back one afternoon, I discovered my room door was open. The room had been cleaned, so it seems room service neglected to close the door. Fortunately, no items were stolen.
- On my last night, my neighbor was blasting music and because the walls are thin, I could hear everything. Between 11 pm and 1 am, I repeatedly asked my neighbor to turn down the volume. I tried contacting the 24/7 hotel desk: no answer to phone calls or text messages, and still no acknowledgment of the incident.

A close walk to skytrain. Otherwise, kind of an industrial area, not a lot of dining options within walking distance.
Nice, quiet, no frills, would definitely stay there again.

Accent inn (Burnaby) is a very good place to stay, they have kind staffs and place is very clean. You can leave your stuffs without worrying that something will be missing when you come back. I will surely book here again.
