Went to Hinton for my boys swim competition and everything was awesome! Great rooms, easy to get to location. Price was great! Breakfast was included and had great options. Pool was awesome and hot tub was great to relax in. Definitely will go again!

booked through Expedia and the room chosen was a king bed with a full kitchen in with a stove in the unit however upon arrival when questioning I was informed that they do not have kitchens with stoves in any rooms on cite, I feel that Expedia needs to update the postings of the rooms I will book again as this hotel was very nice and the staff went over and above but not pleased with not having the facilities that I was expecting and had packed food for our meals that could not be used thus costing way more with having to eat out there fore hotel excellent Expedia very pooor

Great place staff was always helpful snd breakfast was really nice, pools hot tub does feel very chemically but other than that great value for the price

We stay here quite often as the kids love this hotel and so do we but we’re quite upset that my daughter left her very special blanket in the queen bed and 2 hours after we left she noticed and we called right away and they said no blanket was found but she’s positive in was in the bed as we just woke up and left. There’s just no way it was never found…. It’s been weeks. Not sure if the housekeeping put it in the garbage or what but super upsetting.

Stayed in the hotel building. Nice to have the extra lights and lights switches. Nice to to have the extra sink outside the bathroom. Room had a nice kitchenette and it seemed to have extra size compared to most of the basic 2-queen rooms we have stayed at. Only con was that we could hear the when the people in the room upstairs flushed and showered.

We stay here often- it’s nothing fancy but it’s affordable and clean, the beds and pillows are good. The staff is always friendly. We love the heated pool and steamy hot tub after a day of skiing.
My only complaint would be the pancake machine in the breakfast buffet is never working or loaded anymore :(

I book trips for my husband every weekend in Hinton for work, but I don’t often hear much about the hotel he stays in. My husband really liked the Kanata and all of the nice employees.
We then booked our family to come on a trip for a stay at the Kanata and were so happy with the prompt and friendly service (Christine) we received when we had questions about our up coming stay.
Will definitely book the Kanata for more trips, more often!
