Decent rooms, helpful staff, lots of parking

We had a terrible experience at this property. Our room had a very bad smell when we walked in, then the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The biggest issue was we had a creepy guy knocking on our door at 1 am on and off until 2:30. He would leave then come back and he was told to leave and continued to come back. The man working the hotel desk was great and came and got him to leave when he caught him but overall we did not feel safe at this hotel.

Bathroom in dire need of upgrade and safety repairs. The bathtub was a disgrace and not safe due to the slippery bottom since the tread stickers were removed and not replaced

We were part of a large group who booked for a hockey tournament. I thought for sure having an 8.5 rating it would be top notch. I was mistaken. The positives 1. The breakfast buffet and morning staff were amazing. 2. The water pressure 3. The water bottle refill area a bonus. Negatives 1. The side stairwell smelled like decaying fried fish 2. The room smelt just as bad thankfully we brought room deodorizers. 3. The floor shook when walking across the room, causing the furniture to rattle and the hangers to shake in the closet. 4. The vanity mirror light did not work. 5. The sofa, bed mattress, there are no words to describe how disgusting it was. The material was shredded. There were holes at the top, And what appeared to be a bloodstain in the centre of the mattress. 6. The ice machine on the second floor did not work 7. The pool just miraculously broke down the very next day of our arrival, but was up and running upon our departure. 8. There was no area Available for group gatherings. 9. Even though we took up the majority of one hallway, the teenage girls were sitting outside of our rooms in the middle of the afternoon, laughing and talking, not running around hysterically, Not being disrespectful and not causing mayhem were told they were not allowed to loiter in the halls, instead told to go outside to socialize in a shady industrial area. I paid for premium room. I’d hate to see what a standard room looks like.

They have done some great renovations. Great price.

Rooms were nice Hotel was booked by 2 large groups for a team but even though pool was open and operational on the day prior, it was closed for the weekend and then reopened after no common space to gather outside of breakfast. the front lobby was closed down with no one able to gather. constantly moved out of areas on the site where tried to gather during the day (i understand evenings and noise) to sit and eat

Everyone I dealt with at the front desk was very friendly. Really appreciated when the one man working in the evenings got my phone to stay hooked up to the wifi because I couldn’t for some reason . Room was clean . Bed was very comfortable . A little road noise but not too bad with ear plugs which is a regular thing for me . Pool was nice , just wish there had been a hot tub . Price was extremely reasonable .

We were passing through on our way north. This hotel was convenient, reasonably priced and within walking distance of a few restaurants.

Would stay again

We booked a King and were put in a Queen. When we came back to let them know the explanation was that there were no more Kings. That’s it. Walls are super thin. Everything was clean though. The breakfast is great and the staff working at the breakfast are amazing.

Its very clean, housekeepers did great job. Since we stayed on ground floor you could hear all the foot steps on second level .
