Our stay at Mosaic Hotel in Blue Mountain was really good. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality and attention to detail set the tone for a relaxing getaway.
The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the heart of the village and with easy access to all the activities Blue Mountain has to offer. The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset, making it a highlight of our trip.
One of the standout features was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and sauna, were also top-notch and well-maintained.

The trip overall was great. There was either one family or two that was extremely loud. Celebrating a 4 year old birthday at 1045 at night and yelling happy birthday. I know it was a four year old as they yelled. “Are you 1, are you 2” etc and stopped and celebrated at 4. This continued on until 130 in the morning. This is completely unacceptable. This happened from around 8pm until around 130 on a Saturday night. I am conflicted as I do think families and people should have fun and enjoy themselves. I have 4 kids, I’m aware of this. However there is a time and place for celebrations, and there is a place to respect other peoples relaxation and enjoyment. We were there to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. We wanted peace and relaxation, and we did not get that due to this families choice and not respecting that they were in a hotel.

Our weekend stay was overall great! Very convenient that it’s in the village which makes it easily accessible too shopping, restaurants and excursions. Parking was a bit more difficult. You could pay for under ground parking or free of charge to a parking lot far away. The room was clean and large, and has a nice view.

Check-in was delayed by 2.5 hours. When we finally got the room the keys did not work. The shower was clogged and dirty and toiletries were empty. We usually stay at the Westin Trillium House and this wasn’t close. Unfortunate as it used to be better in the past.

Clean, inviting. Pools are amazing. Hotel itself was nice. The village was extremely busy and was constantly being bumped into, it was like being at Canada's wonderland on a super busy day. We stayed during Christmas Day, Boxing Day. Parking was impossible to find and the underground was at full capacity. Defiantly won’t be visiting during the busier months again. Overall it would have been a great time if I wasn’t so busy in the village itself. The hotel was amazing though.

Front desk extremely slow for paying $1400+ for 3 day stay and knowing it was peak season. Also they had a person in training, again probably not a great decision during peak season as well as the cost of the rooms. Front desk phone in rooms don’t work. Need more people at the front desk.
