We came from out of town to spend NYE in Brandon. The hotel upon arrival was clean. The front staff was friendly & professional. The gentleman at the front helped check me in. Can’t say enough wonderful things about him and his level of professionalism. Will be back at this hotel again in the near future!

The room was ok, but access to the Keystone was closed when we needed it, lots of sketchy people around. Pool is cooold with the outside door allowing in cold air. Overpriced for what it is.

The hotel was good and so was the staff. Unfortunately they didn’t inform us at the check in that they don't have hot water. Instead they choose to keep quiet on this situation. The weather outside was -28 and we were not able to take a bath before going to bed neither in the morning the simply said we cannot do anything about it. We are here for attending a meeting where we are required to look in the best shape. It’s a big mistake coming here and will be looking for a refund or compensation for it.

Went with my sister and children my floor was extremely loud all night partying going on and fighting in other rooms jumping from above I told the front staff around 12:30 am nothing got resolved. My kids kept waking up and I didn’t fall asleep until 4 am (had to be up at 9am) I told the front desk again how bad my night was they just said we will tell the manager nothing again resolved. I had to drive home the next day nearly needing to stop a couple times and sleep while everyone else was sleeping in the car I will not stay there again. I spent a great amount of money to not be able to even rest the whole reason I went…

The fire alarm went off had to evacuate from the 10th floor for what appeared to be a false alarm this was about 6:30 in the morning. Scared my boy he’s 7 he was shaking from the blaring alarm in our room. I can only assume this was a false alarm as the manager had never addressed the alarm or updated the guests. We asked for a late check out as it took a while to go back to sleep which they allowed until 12pm at 11:59am the house keeper was knocking we answered and she kept knocking.

Water park good, but need more supervision in waterpark. Too many kids were all bunched together going down the slide and rammed into my younger daughter that had just went down the slide.
