Location was perfect as I was in Calgary to be with a loved one on their last days at the Foothills Hospital

The Facility was good enough to stay in for 2 nights. The breakfast coffee was always cold. Not much noise damping between rooms.

I especially like the full breakfast. One of the reasons i come back here.

I stay 3 nights it is quite and non smoking and it is good hotel I visit next time

Son loved the slide, comfy beds and breakfast was really good.

Great price if you need a night away! Pool was slightly dirty, elevator had a funky smell. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet, easy to relax.

Beds were very comfortable. Freezer in room 302 needed defrosting. No hot water from bathroom sink. Reported upon checkout. Lots of hot water from tub tap. I was the first one down for breakfast at 6:35. The lady open up the doors and greeted me. Helped myself to one sausage and scrambled eggs. They were cold!!! Had to zap that and the coffee . Absolutely no reason for anything to be cold at beginning of breakfast service.

My review its not for hotel is for the service I booked two room with two bedrooms And I received two king size bed rooms Im totally upset about this The hotel didnt change because we book by expedia And Expedia dont do anything to help the customers Its a really bad experience I completely unsatisfied

Good for the price.

The rooms are very beat up. There was what looked like a blood stain on the curtain, something was splattered all over the walls. Light switches had gunk in them someone’s used contacts on the carpet. The ice bucket was filthy. When the ice melted from the bag there was crud that was floating in the water. The folks at the counter were friendly enough. It’s funny that nobody asked me how my room was. Even at check out. It’s no fault of theirs that this hotel obviously isnt getting the maintenance and care it should. The beds had a very definitive groove from people sleeping in it and should be replaced. Spend 50 bucks a night more next time and get something good.

All was good

The bathroom was very clean as was the room. The bed however was terrible in mattress quality. It bended as in a mattress from the 70’s.

The hotel is abit more modern. The hotel receptionist was excellent informing me about the morning breakfast and call my room number to make sure everything was alright when I got in, it was. I like how the room temperature was perfect I did not have to fiddle around with the thermostat or airconditioner. Transit was very close very convenient. Overall had nothing negative to say. It was all positive

I have to say your night clerk was very ignorant to my wife I'm working out of town and she needed a hotel room I booked though Expedia and called the front desk 8 times with no awnser finally had to call to pretend to make a new reservation to finally talk to someone and upon talking with them to give them my credit card over the phone for the deposit all I got from the clerk was well we can't change anything and contact Expedia all I was calling about was to put the deposit down then the clerk hung up on me I once again called the front desk this being the 10th time calling and who ever awnsered the phone was quick and abrupt stating all she needs is a 100 dollar deposit and then hung up on me again upon arrival my wife went into check in and the clerk looked super annoyed and treated her with utter disrespect and told her that will be a 100 dollars on a credit card which she doesn't have with her then continued to give her attitude because she didn't have one she asked if she could leave a 250 dollar cash deposit which he finally accepted but the whole situation is and was uncalled for I'm am writing you this in hopes that this doesn't happen to other customers firstly someone should be awnsering the phones Secondly the clerk should listen to the customer and finally not treat people with utter disrespect
