The room was dirty. There was popcorn behind the nightstand. The curtains were partially hanging off of the rod and did not close all the way. The ceiling had several water stains and part of the wall was bulging where they did a botched patch job to cover up some type of damage. Everything in that room, including the beds, were soiled in some way. We ended up sleeping on top of the bed using our own sheets.The furniture
needs replacing. We tried to turn the heat on and promptly turned it off because it smelled like the room was burning. There was and old shirt hanging in the wardrobe and the iron was unusable. Needless to say it was very upsetting and overshadowed our visit to London. I will never stay in that place again!

The place was desperately in need of housekeeping.
The corridors were speckled with dirt and garbage all through the 2 night trip. The bathtub had definitely not been properly cleaned between customers. There was hair all along the wall and on the side.
Only redeeming grace was the guy at the front desk. He was something good in this throughly run down establishment.

Staff were friendly and helpful. On check in was given a room with no fridge or microwave. Not what we had booked. Staff immediately moved us to another room. Both rooms the bathtubs were disgusting -old, badly marked, some kind of liner in the bottom with black marks around it and patched areas. Bed was clean and otherwise room was sufficient.

Neighbours were noisy from 7am till at least midnight. Children allowed to run up and down hallways, in and out of the room constantly and allowing door to slam closed.
Property felt unsafe to me as a solo female traveller. People hanging out in the parking lot. Walked in the first night and someone was asking for security camera footage of their car getting broken into, not a great start.
The room itself was good and clean, and breakfast was the normal breakfast fare.

I recently stayed at the Wellington road comfort inn and it was an experience I won't soon forget—though I'd prefer to. From the moment I entered, the place reeked of mildew and something far more unpleasant. The room was a nightmare. The carpet was sticky and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom was even worse; the shower was very slow to drain, and there were moldy patches on the curtains. The noise from the AC was incessant, making it difficult to sleep. I also noticed several bugs scurrying around, which was the final straw. Overall, the comfort inn was one of the filthiest places I've ever encountered, and I strongly advise against staying here unless you're prepared for an exceptionally gross experience.
