It is a reasonably priced hotel close to the Wpg. airport. Staff at check in desk very helpful and polite. No extra amenities and no elevator so anyone with mobility issues should be aware.

Hotel was decent. There was a stain on my floor that was “probably just rust or mould” but when I asked to switch rooms the staff was happy to accommodate the switch.

Close to most of the places we needed to be. The back lot area was large and the snow was pretty well looked after. Staff upon arrival and at checkout were pleasant and efficient!

Hidden fees for pet. Heater has to be unplugged when too hot in room. Television screen was purple. Staff were shouting in halls around 6:00am for a morning meeting, very disappointed in the professionalism

After arriving from the airport exhausted, the front desk informed me that I needed a security deposit as I paid through Expedia on my credit card. That was not disclosed through Expedia. The hotel needed $350 deposit. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator and had to carry luggage up to second floor. If I wanted a room on first floor I had to pay an upgrade fee.
I get through all these obstacles to finally relax in the bathtub to soak sore muscles and there was no tub stopper.
Very very disappointed. Expedia shouldn’t even have this hotel as an option.

I shared with the manager the unfortunate experience of having to try to rest while some couple on the same floor was having some sort of what I can only describe as a domestic abuse episode for 2 hours in the middle of the night. The noise pollution could not be avoided even with ear plugs, the fan running in the bathroom near the hallway door, nor with a sound machine. As a patron it’s difficult to know what we can actually do in a situation like this. I was told the police were called but it takes hours for them to arrive. I’m wondering if in the hitel industry what the protocol is for events like this. Is it possible that hotels can and should have night time security that may be able to intervene in lieu of the delay in the arrival of the police? Other than this unfortunate situation the hotel was generally a well upkept facility with a nice breakfast, very friendly staff who actually showed genuine concern for our issue described above.
