The staff and accommodations were perfect. The food was excellent and plentiful. We were 6 sisters staying within the hotel for two days and your staff (from reception, dining and cleaning treated us like royalty.
We were three in a room and had to request extra cups, coffee supplies , towels etc. It’s a small complaint but a nuisance. That is the only thing needing change.

I marked the facility as 4 because the bathroom water did not get very hot, Luke warm. It was -20 outside so that may of been a factor

There is a homeless lying on the floor of the staircase between the ground and second floor of the parking garage. I would be scared if I’m alone.

Scam Alert - I paid an extra $23 for Breakfast for 2 on hotels.com. Unfortunately the hotel is only giving me breakfast for 1. I even showed them the screenshot on my phone showing breakfast for 2 paid. Virtual agents at hotels.com are useless. You just get in an endless loop to nowhere! I’ve asked for a real person to call me. Apparently there is no escalation beyond virtual agents for customer service at hotels.com.

A window was open in my room, I arrived at night and the curtains were shut, and I left early in the morning. The room was freezing when I walked in so I turned the heating on. The heating was sooo loud, I had to get out of bed at midnight to turn it off, and woke up freezing two mornings as I didn't realise the window had been left open. These should be checked, especailly in the middle of winter in Canada.

We were given an upgrade when we requested not to be on a floor with hockey teams. The receptionist was lovely and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included lots of choices. Parking was great, although not included.

Front entrance is terrible, just not enough room for more than 3 vehicles, parked out back, after 6:00pm, had to walk around the building to the front as no one answered the buzzer suggested to push to get in :(, shower head was absolutely terrible, and the tv was tough to watch as the screen kept freezing, room was nice other than that.
