Liked the location, very close to amenities, dinning, and entertainment and the staff were nice. Didn't like much the lighting in the room, a bit dark, no view and the bathroom seems to have mould on floor tiring grouts.

This property was close to everything. The breakfast was included and was ok. We had one ride encounter with a staff member that I believe was part of the kitchen. We were looking for water to fill our water bottles and she rudely told us kitchen was closed. We asked the desk person who kindly directed us to the fourth floor where there was a water cooler. I wondered why the first person could not have done same - she was just very rude and walked away from us like we had done something wrong!

The location was excellent - very close to all we required, both football and team rooms. Also, safe, clean and free from unwanted pedestrian attention. Very convenient to have a pub on the main floor and breakfast quite good.

Older building and poor maintenance. Bathroom sink was very slow draining, toilet seat was loose, floor was spongy from previous water leaks around the shower base.

The staff were kind but the room was terrible. The shower wouldn’t drain and flooded, and then towel rack fell off the wall. We used the hotel hair dryer and it blew a fuse and our room went dark.

The moment I got to my room after checking in I went to take a shower and there were hairs in the shower like it had not been cleaned along with soap scum/mold in the shower.
