We had a fantastic stay at this property! The rooms were luxurious and the service was top-notch. What made it even more special was how much my kids enjoyed the pool area – it was definitely a highlight of our trip. The entire family had a memorable experience, and we can’t wait to return! Our one day staycation stay was great! We had an amazing unobstructed view of thr lake from our room, and then amazing view of the CN Tower from the Lounge on the 46th floor (with lounge access). Our first time going with Club Lounge access and it was definitely worth it, and would do it again. Room was really spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

We always love staying here. This visit was an exception, because there was a party or construction or something very loud happening above us from 2am to 4am.
Still going to give the hotel 5 stars because this was the only negative experience in 10 stays

Booked a room here for my birthday on Christmas! Let me say from getting to the hotel to check-in during a busy day, it was very simple and straightforward. Highly recommend it. We enjoyed the corner room with sunken bath tub with amazing views of Toronto!!
