Room size was big and great location
Very very friendly and helpful front desk that only staff we deal with.
Only a bit noisy with the swimming pool pump running that kept my hubby awake at nite but not me.
Great to discover the Glen canyon steps away
Definitely going back next season

The staff were great. The room was not cleaned very well and during COVID that did not give us much peace of mind. The hotel needs some updaing, mould around 3dge of bathtub, lots of staining on carpets in main areas.

Nice big room, very clean and presentable. Could here the people above us in the morning and the alarm clock which we did not set, went off at 6 am. Water pressure in shower was terrible in morning and the shower head would not stay at a comfortable position. Alarm clock check should be on housekeeping checklist.

What a fun stay!! Stacey (who we thought ran the place) was so friendly and had wonderful recommendations for us on restaurants and wineries. The pool was FANTASTIC! Mineral pool and set at a perfect temperature. Rooms are basic and spacious, larger mini fridge which was a bonus. Everything worked (AC, good toilet flushing, good water pressure!) BEDS ARE DELICIOUS. We had a great sleep! A couple weekends back, we stayed at a bougie hotel in Victoria and this at the HoInn bed was WAY better. We would stay again! Thanks STACEY and Co!!

One room beside one room across ... really noisy. Called front desk several times. People partying did not care. As you know we have booked through hotels.com several times this is the third time we have had rooms on a below grade level. Is this the ones you buy or are available too you?

Arrived late night and just wanted to get in and relax, get to our room and our bathroom was gross won’t get into details but someone had used it! They gave us another room same floor 2 doors down but then the door was messed up took all my weight to open it every time. Pool was okay and bath and body works products for guests but overall Pretty bad will never stay there again
