Although there was a great selection of food, the breakfast was cold. There was no hot water in the evening

Only swimming pool with hot water pool were good. Breakfast is continental good for nothing. No wifi, above all over price. We go all the time but this time we was not happy with this stay.

Visited this location previously and I don’t recall the $70 parking fee and terrible mattresses. I probably won’t visit again. Disappointed for the price I paid.

We waited up to 20 min for an elevator also the sofa bed in the room was the most uncomfortable thing on the planet and finally it had been prior the pandemic We stayed T the hotel it use to come with the most amazing breakfast but no longer line ups were horrible limited food that was mostly cold. Will not be staying here again to bad it use to be an amazing spot.

On top of charging 300 $ per night for a room We didn't have hot water in the shower Cold continental breakfast and the cherry on the cake 70$ per night for parking. What a RIP off

I enjoyed my experience and I love the their little snack and beverages in the evening. Free breakfast is amazing. Friendly staff and guiding all the way. Everything is walking distance for us. Overall, we enjoyed the moment we got off the car.

The room wasn’t very clean under the furniture, I saw that because I was looking for something that I lost.

Our room could have been cleaner, I did mention the plastic shower curtain needed to be changed in our room, which I found gross that I would have a dirty one. The pool chlorine was so bad which is a result of how many people pee in it causing it to smell so bad,that was a turn off, but not hotels fault there I guess! The snacks offered in the evening were a bit of a joke at the bar lounge, it was a bowl of pretzels! One thing that i can say was done right and amazing was the valet and the shuttle to parking A in that department and the door service and elevator staff was absolutely refreshing and customer service was great in those areas.

The property looks nice, good location. Parking is an absolute rip off. $35 per night for an offsite lot and they shuttle you back or $70 on site. Our suite was a good size but we did not get the suite we reserved. We got a suite with 2 queen beds and 1 double bed when we were meant to get a suite with 2 queens and a sofa. Not a huge deal, but disappointing. The suite was also FILTHY. Streaks in the toilet, dried pasta and chips on the floor next to the bed, dusty. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.

Special mention to the staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They truly understand the meaning of hospitality. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or even a business trip.
